They completely pirates
Took my money get my keys at the Stanstead airport, never take my car out.
After 4 days I returned from my trip and end up paying 325 pound car parking money to Stanstead orange car park to get my car out.

Fraudulent company

Booked Heathrow parking. turned up and the parking was closed at the booking time. had to find alternative parking last minute and paid a fortune.

Almost a year on and they still haven't refunded me, despite acknowledging they were going to refund me.

HORRIFIC!

HORRIFIC!

Booked through this compare site. The service was just meet and greet. This is booked with a company called SC parking limited.

Drop off was ok, except I asked for the driver ID (as stated on the site) and he could not provide. I continued in trust as he should me an email.

Arrival I called as instructed,
I was told a 35 minuet wait.
I explained I have 3 kids and 1 that is disabled.
After waiting an hour in the cold. After many calls and being lied to telling me they were stuck in traffic, which was a lie because my car was still parked in the same location (I have visibility on my app)
I finally got my car. Absolutely filthy and the driver has been caught speeding.

I am still waiting for a response from compare the airport parking.
Which I left a review and it did not display. It also has so many spelling mistakes on their website.

Horrific is an understatement!

I have recently used a drop-off and…

I have recently used a drop-off and pick-up parking service provided by Park Box, which I booked via comparetheairportparking.com. I chose this service as it appeared to be a convenient and reputable option, and the fact that I could drop off the vehicle at the Short Stay Car Park, Level 2 at the airport and collect it from the same location sounded appealing.

Within one week of returning to the UK, I received a parking penalty notice issued at a time when my vehicle was in the possession of the service provider. This clearly indicates that my vehicle was being used while under their control. This matter was raised with the company on 5 February, and to date I have received no further communication from them.

Furthermore, when cleaning my vehicle that same weekend, I discovered that the light switch fascia had been damaged. Loose coins and keys that had been left in the cup holder had been pushed into the air vents. Upon turning on the heating system, a strong smell of cannabis was present inside the vehicle, which leads me to believe that cannabis had been pushed into the air vents.

I entrusted this company with my vehicle in good faith. The apparent misuse of my car, the damage caused, and the condition in which it was returned represent a serious breach of trust and a failure in their duty of care. The circumstances strongly suggest that the vehicle was used for purposes unrelated to the agreed parking service. I have since become aware that this type of behaviour has previously been investigated by the BBC, as it was reportedly common at the time. I would have hoped that such companies would have improved their practices and prevented individuals from continuing to cause damage to customers’ property.

I am now facing repair costs and am attempting to recover payment for both the damage and the parking penalty from the service provider, as these issues arose solely while the vehicle was in their possession. It is deeply concerning that such conduct may be taking place in connection with airport operations.

I would strongly advise others against using comparetheairportparking.com, Park Box, or any of their associated service providers in order to avoid experiencing similar stress and financial loss.

WORST PARKING EXPERIENCE

I would strongly urge anyone NOT to use this company.
Watch out for £16 ‘levy’ charge extra which you get stung with after parking your car. I paid this and didn’t even get a lift from the airport for the return journey!

The driver on the outbound service took my keys despite the email saying that you keep your keys for peace of mind. Ironic that it says your park and ride should be ‘stress free’ – my family’s experience was nothing but stress on the return.

Despite being a park and ride, on my return, as soon as I landed I had a call from a driver saying he was dropping my car by the exit with the keys on the wheel. The email said we should call the company 30 mins before needing picking up to be transported to our car - not that someone would call us.

When we got out the airport, we went to the short stay area where we were dropped off on the outbound trip, this is where we were told we’d be picked up. Me, my partner and 5-month old were outside in the cold and couldn’t see the car or a pick-up anywhere – and checked by the building exit – after being told my car was by the exit.

I called the cpmpany numerous times, speaking to different personnel who gave conflicting information. Some said a driver was on the way, some said the car had been dropped there with the key on the wheel (how is this safe?!). I was very reasonable on the call especially considering the situation and on two of the calls, they just put the phone down as they couldn't provide an answer when I asked where my car was. We were stranded with another family which included a pregnant lady and her toddler – there was nobody around to advise or help. That family went through the same as us.

After around half an hour in the cold, I went walking around the outdoor part of the car park, and eventually spotted my car towards another exit by the pay machines – with my key in a standout bag on the driver’s wheel!

When I got the family into the car, I got to the exit barrier whereby we needed to enter a ticket. Nobody had told us about a ticket so we had to back up and try and try and figure out what to do. I couldn’t get a ticket at the machine, but as my increasingly stressed out wife had to breastfeed our toddler, we spotted a ticket on the dashboard.

At the machine I then found out we had to pay a £25 parking fee because the driver had dropped my car there and left it there, way in advance of when we had asked for it - meaning it was sat there for nearly an hour. At no point did we agree to this.

Obviously at 3.30am we just wanted to get home so we paid the ticket and left.

To make matters worse, the mileage in the car was up by 40 miles – bearing in mind the parking place was only a few miles away – so them having access to the keys was certainly abused by them driving my car for other purposes.

I am actively seeking a refund and compensation and suggest nobody uses this company. They have some serious changes to make, to a very neglectful service.

I made a booking

I made a booking, having been mislead by what I was actually booking - thought I was booking car parking that included a shuttle service ... it doesn't. Only when I booked and received confirmation did I find hidden fees and very confusing information! I'd like to cancel but they wont allow it (or at least they won't give a refund). Their service has been absolutely shocking. Taking a long time to reply, and wanting to charge me with ridiculous fee's for absolutely no reason. Not knowing we have to use public transport to get to the airport, and how far away the parking is from the airport, I asked if I could arrive earlier, change my arrival time, to give us extra time to navigate the public transport to get to us the airport... and of course, they will, but only for a ridiculous price!! Will never use again!

DO NOT USE compare the airport parking booking system at Bristol Airport!!!

Following the atrocious experience both departing and arriving at Bristol Airport I would urge people to NEVER EVER use this booking system when travelling.

Prior to arriving at the airport the telephone operator was rude and on many occasions didn’t answer the telephone which was stressful in itself. When dropping the car off the driver was as rude with no care or compassion for his colleague not answering the phone on occasions.

Upon arriving back at Bristol Airport I called the company after collecting luggage as requested and was told to wait in the terminal for 40 minutes which in itself was unsatisfactory. I was informed the driver would call me when he was 5 mins away to make my way to the car park. That phone call never came so I approached the car park to find my car had been dumped with no driver anywhere to be seen. The stress this caused was very unpleasant. I called the company and after many attempts they finally answered by shouting abruptly to go back to my car!!!! The driver finally appeared with my car keys saying it was my fault that I hadn’t been in the car park without any explanation why he’d left my vehicle or hadn’t called me to say he’d arrived. Absolutely disgraceful for anyone to endure let alone a person travelling by themselves.

I have also reported this ‘company’ to Trading Standards and the Police in the hope they’re investigated.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want a trustworthy, compassionate stress free experience when travelling from Bristol Airport.

This review is for the.com site

This review is for the.com site, with an owl logo, a limited company, one director (Dec 25) Yasir Ahmed, Slough register address. As a victim of the rogue parking that I booked through this site, I absolutely do NOT recommend using this company. Ended up stranded at Bristol Airport, had to arrange to get car back from Home Farm, Langford. Company allegedly called Express Park and Ride. Evidence has been given to Avon and Somerset Police, and Trading Standards. False promises of refund (email evidence), never received. Beyond me that Mr Ahmed is still trading, should be struck off and banned from being a director of Ltd company, so much for relying on authorities to protect the public from Rogue and Scam Traders.

Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. On arrival, someone was waiting to take us straight to the airport. On our return, we were slightly delayed, and they called us for pickup rather than us having to call. Excellent customer service—would happily use them again.

offer was completely misleading

offer was completely misleading. I was seeking meet and greet parking in Birmingham but after paying the paperwork arrived weeks later indicating that it was meet and greet at a station and then a train journey to the airport. I was reused a refund. A complete scam.

Dreadful, don’t use them!

So bad! Do not use! They do a comparison for you of local providers, our car was returned badly damaged and unfortunately we had booked with the same company again for a trip a couple of weeks later. We had to change cars due to ours being repaired and were told there was a £20 admin fee! The service is awful. They are late back with your car, don’t answer the phone or email. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a scam.

This company is a scam.
Booked and paid for 14 nights parking and meet and greet service with 'Sphere Parking' who came out favourably on the site.
Have spoken to the same guy, Alex, twice in the meantime, to change pick up time. He told me 'all done' before I'd even told him who I was. When I queried, he said it was done using the phone number from which I was ringing. He assured me he would email confirmation.
After two days nothing heard and so I rang again. This time he asked for car registration. Told me he couldn't find it but it would all be ok; just ring them on the morning of pick up. Asked him for confirmation. Said he'd ring back within 20 minutes after contacting 'the supplier' (comparetheairportparking). Nothing heard.
Tried managing booking on line but of course impossible to edit or get in.
Tried ringing the number on CTAP website; told 'number incorrect'

We booked a meet and greet parking via…

We booked a meet and greet parking via the comparetheairportparking.com The payment was taken plus a further £42 admin charge for changing the departure day. We followed the instructions given by the parking provider but no one arrived at the designated car park to pick up our car. We phoned over 20 times which went to voicemail then the phone was then turned off. With our flight departure due we had to drive to the long term car park on the Gatwick airport site and pay a daily rate which cost us a further £294.00
Do not trust this company. We paid in good faith and the parking provider, A One parking did not show up as paid for. This cost us in total £419.00 and the comparetheairportparking.com refuse to pay the compensation,
