CTAP (CompareTheAirportParking.com) is completely unreliable. They do not book with the company you actually select and allow bookings for drop-off times that the parking providers themselves will not honour.
When I contacted them to explain that KAR would not collect my car from the terminal at 3am, Emma from CTAP promised to get back to me the day before my flight. She never did. I was left without a confirmed parking arrangement at the last minute and had to urgently book elsewhere.
I ended up booking with Purple Parking instead — the same price, excellent communication, easy check-in, and secure parking.
Avoid CTAP and book directly with a reputable provider.

From start to finish was horrendous experience
We tried the number 30 minutes before but went to voicemail. I sent a text message to the number with who are you, then nothing trying to find the drop off point. Finally found it on a chance Then charged for not phoning. Paid £10 when asked where my car would be parked. I was told if you have a tracker on your car you will see where it is!!!
On return was a nightmare.
We called again on landing, again to voicemail . My husband called the number and told to go to terminal 3 drop off zone.
It was freezing cold and waited for our car
Next thing get a call from the driver dropping off the car.
Stating he’s at terminal 2 where we initially dropped the car
My husband explained the office told us to go to terminal 3 drop off zone.
The driver called us 45 minutes later saying he was waiting 20 minutes
We then told the driver where we were and the office told us to go to the meeting point.
The driver then got angry saying he would have to pay to get out of the car park.
The hail of abuse was horrific. Swearing and threatening physical violence. If that’s not bad enough he called my husband a big white fat pig!!
We trekked to terminal 2. No car. On with the driver again again saying good luck finding your car.
My husband called the office again and was told. Not you again read your f**** email we sent.
Desperate to locate the car it was parked in express parking. If left for more than 15 minutes would be £100 fine.
Finally found the express car park. No car.
My husband called the office again with a response of not you again read your f**** email.
Then said it is parked in overnight car park. Not knowing Manchester Airport we had no clue where the car park was

The car was locked with an orange disc on the console, but the car was locked no keys to be found.
At this point I was beside myself as the driver was laughing saying good luck finding your keys and the office saying. My god not you again I told you not to f****g call again
At this point I was calling Greater Manchester Police
The office could hear me talking to the police and said they left the keys near the window screen wipers
I continued with the police and it has been logged as racial abuse and the threat of physical violence
As a customer I have never experienced anything like this in my life

It took 2.5 hours to retrieve my car.
The level of racism and profanity was unbelievable and shocking, so much so we had to involve the police

I phoned 30 mins before my arrival, but i still waited over an hour for someone to arrive!! The man on the phone was so rude when I asked how long my collection would be, he said "I've no idea how long, soon!" Then I had to pay the car park ticket which was £14 because i had been there over the half an hour drop off time!? I was now late so didnt have time to argue! On my return it was even worse, I phoned immediately I got off the plane & I still waited nearly an hour!! This is Meet & Greet!? THEN... after paying my exit ticket of £8, at the barrier it said invalid ticket you owe £870!! Eventually I was let out by the 3rd lady on the intercom at the 3rd barrier i tried. I cannot stress enough how upset & frustrated I was!! I was convinced I'd been scammed.

I was nervous having seen the reviews after booking. However, I had a great experience. Dropped the car at Heathrow T5 designated area, driver was already waiting to take us to drop off. Paid £14 for drop off and pick up fees, I was aware of this at time of booking. On return the driver contacted me to confirm landing time, I called as agreed when I collected baggage and the driver was there within 10 minutes. No issues at all.

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Customer service is non existent and staff insufficient. Booked parking and website selected its own dates i couldn’t amend or cancel and two weeks im still waiting.

1 Star – Avoid (Heathrow Terminal 4)
We booked through Compare The Parking, and the service was provided by Super Parking Ltd at Heathrow Terminal 4. The experience was completely unacceptable.
We called as soon as we landed and were told the driver would arrive within 40 minutes. Instead, we were left waiting over 30 minutes beyond that time with no proper update or communication.
When I called again to ask where the driver was, I was told he had only left 5 minutes earlier – which completely contradicted what we were originally told. The communication was misleading and unprofessional.
My wife is disabled, and after a long flight she was forced to wait outside in the cold due to their delays and conflicting information. There was absolutely no consideration shown.
To make matters worse, when our vehicle was returned, there were drink cans left inside the car and the seats had clearly been moved/used. This is extremely concerning and completely unacceptable. Your car should never be returned in a different condition to how it was handed over.
Poor communication. Poor organisation. No care for disabled passengers. No respect for customers’ vehicles.
I would strongly advise others to avoid. We will not be using this service again.

I used this company to park for two and a half months. A few days before I returned, I called the company and asked them to start my car as the Battery could have gone flat with the time standing, although it was a new battery. When I arrived at the Airport they kept me waiting two hours in a freezing carpark sayig the were on the way. Finally, a chap arrived to tell me my car battery was flat and I would have to come fix it. The chap said he could only take me and that my wife and young child would have to wait in the carpark for my returen to this I refused and he reluctanty took us all together. We arrived to find my car in the back of what I could only describe as a tip, a yard fullof rubbish and it took him some time to find my car that was in a pool of dirty water 4 inches deep with green mould everywhere. the car was jammed in with by other cars. He said he was unable to help and said I sould ask for help from the hOtel they shared the carpark with and as he had problems with the Asian security of the Hotel I should approach them. They were helpful and said this was a regular thing and the Asian Running comparetheairportparking had done this many time dumping customers who had problems with the hotel management, and he should reported. We we soked from the water surrounding the car but got the car started. The chap who seemed to be the boss from comparetheairportparking drove off without a word, leaving suitcases in the car he had been driving, which I was informed was another customer's car. They were using customers' cars to collect other customers from Gatwick, a bunch of crooks, and the Hotel staff asked me to please report them. When we drove off, we found the car now to also had some mechanical issues that we are still investigating. Very bad service with no ability or simple equipment to start a car with a flate battery a shocking service riddled with lies and deceptions. Never again, and I will create a full web page of the hell we went through from 5.30 to 10pm when we finally got going that could have been avoided. They have no interest in customer service and are using customer cars not only parked in a shocking car park that really needs investigation, but also using them to collect other customers.

I booked parking with this company but later had to cancel. I contacted them to say I wish to cancel and was informed I will only get a 70% refund. Nowhere is this mentioned before booking for starters. I accepted the offer and was told I would get a refund in 10 working days. Despite follow up emails over that last week chasing my refund as its now been 15 days every one has been ignored so I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to get it back. Appalling customer service. A company that just seems to con people out of their money by no issuing refunds. Reporting this company, I highly doubt they will be in business long. I booked parking for two cars, but on arrival I was told only one was booked. I had to call and prove my booking before they accepted both vehicles. I was then charged £60 extra (£30 per car) due to alleged time differences.
Later, I was charged another £60 for supposedly staying an extra day, even though I had already paid an amendment fee. I was asked for cash, then told to transfer, then suddenly a card machine appeared. I was promised receipts but never received any.
I waited over an hour despite calling 30 minutes before arrival, which caused serious stress and nearly made me miss my flight. On return, I was again pressured for additional payments before my car would be released.
I submitted a complaint twice. They acknowledged it but no one has responded or resolved the issue.

This is without doubt the worst parking service I have ever experienced. I booked my parking online, trusting this company to provide a basic level of professionalism. What I received instead was lies, delays, and total disregard for the customer.
On my return to collect my car, I was forced to wait for over THREE HOURS. During this time, I made more than 70 phone calls to the car collection number (+44 7707 243516). Every single call was answered with blatant lies — I was repeatedly told “your car is on the way,” “10 minutes,” “15 minutes,” over and over again.
What makes this even worse is that my car is fitted with a tracking device. I could see in real time that my vehicle had not moved at all and was sitting in their yard near Drayton the entire time. Despite this, the person answering the phone continued lying without hesitation.
When I finally told him I could track my car and that I knew he was lying, instead of apologising or resolving the issue, he blocked my number immediately. This is outrageous, cowardly, and completely unprofessional behaviour.
After more than 3 hours of unnecessary waiting, the car was finally delivered. To add insult to injury, the vehicle arrived filthy, covered in dust and dirt. This is unacceptable, especially as my car was handed over valet cleaned and polished.
This company shows:

• Utter disrespect for customers and their property
I am extremely disappointed and will never use this company again. I have already warned my friends, family, and all my civil servant colleagues to stay well away from this company.

What a bunch of scammers. They call themselve "airport parking" but will not take you to the airport unless you pay them more than quoted, 10£ each way per person, otherwise you are left in the middle of nowhere. Tricky is that you can't see it in their booking price, just in the invoice they send you later. Explanation "it is mentionned in the different unfolded menu"...what a joke. It is cheaper to book carpark 1 metere from terminal than with them. Of course refusing refund for cancelation this wild west practises. Will say it loud and widely, stay away from this abusers

Absolutely disgraceful company. We booked the Just Park and ride at Stansted Airport. We booked because it was advertised as an all inclusive price.. guaranteeing no hidden extras..when we arrived we had to pay for our transfers which were supposed to be included. Waz told if I dont pay the £20 then they won't take the car. This is now on there website..but was not at the time of booking. On return it took them 55 minutes to collect us and take us back to the car. Each time I called they told me 4 minutes away.. we were dropped at the Radisdon Hotel so they didn't have to pay the airport charges which is what we were told the £20 fee was for.. rude unhelpful staff. The drivers for the transfers were nice. Altogether scamming, dishonest theives

Absolutely appalling service. I booked meet and greet expecting professionalism and peace of mind, and instead I was left with a parking fine and endless stress.
The driver did not park the car in the agreed authorised area and chose to use a restricted/drop-off zone instead. This was their decision, not mine, yet I am the one being penalised. Since returning, I’ve been passed around, given conflicting information, and the issue has still not been resolved.
This service shows a complete lack of responsibility and accountability. If you can’t park customers’ cars correctly and legally, you should not be operating at an airport. Customers trust you with expensive vehicles and expect basic competence — this company failed miserably.
I am now forced to take this further because of their negligence. Save yourself the hassle, stress, and potential fines and do NOT use this company. They also go through your things in the car and they stole my red bull i kept hidden for my return drive.

After the sudden passing of a very close family member, I contacted this company to explain that we could no longer go on our holiday. The first response I received showed no compassion whatsoever — they immediately quoted terms and conditions, despite this being a personal situation and a human replying to my email.
They eventually agreed to refund the booking minus a £40 admin fee. However, that’s where the real problems began. I have had to chase this refund five times over the past two months. I only received a response on my final attempt, where I was told the refund would be processed within 3–5 business days.
It has now been a further two weeks and still no refund. My latest follow-up has been completely ignored.
This has been one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with — poor communication, broken promises, and a complete lack of empathy during an already difficult time. I would not recommend booking with them.

I had two cancellations and was supposed to receive a 70% refund for both.
I cancelled the first booking because the website was misleading. While it had great reviews on their site, Google reviews showed the parking location was actually very shady. I cancelled the second booking because the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) stated they weren't responsible for cracked windscreens, scratches, or electrical faults. This felt suspicious, as the entire point of paying for parking is to keep the car safe.
I eventually made a third booking at a supposedly better place, but they had the same unbelievable terms. Additionally, they deactivated my car's dash cameras—something I missed in the fine print. When I picked up the car, the windscreen had a large crack. Because of their T&Cs, they refused to take any responsibility.
To make matters worse, my two initial payments from December 15th still haven't been refunded. I have been emailing a representative named Shara, but she only gives canned responses like "rest assured, I'm on it" and "I’ve forwarded this to the relevant team." I never get a real resolution.
Warning: Be careful using this website. The service is poor, the internal ratings are misleading, and the Terms and Conditions are designed to leave you unprotected.

I parked my car for 3 days and I recive a call from them , when abroad to pay £330 becouse my mot was expire, I paid on 2th of January 2026. When I picked the car up non mot was done.
I asked for a refund and talk with the owner/manager Tajammal Hussain Tahir for the refund, but as for today no refund has been received. Thinking to report it to the Police for fraud.
