Compare The Bathroom LTD Reviews

Ordered pedestal wash basin and toilet, removing waste an tap option (not required).
Delivery was 2 days late, with no toilet on delivery.
After a few emails, they tried to charge for a toilet to be sent out so I told them I wanted a refund.
I haven't heard anything from them in a week, hence review.

Service as expected, would use again.

I made the mistake of ordering a right hand bath instead of a left hand.
Rang and spoke to a lovely lady name Jeanette who arranged for the bath to be picked up and changed for just the delivery charge (which was reasonable)
5 star from me

Great service and delivery and very good value for money

Delivered relatively, product as advertised.

The product that I was seeking was available at a very competitive price. Communication was good and delivery was very prompt.

Easy ordering and quick response and delivery

This company’s customer service is outstanding, thanks so much for sorting my bathroom bason taps

Good price and great customer service your phone - call was answered quickly and they did exactly what they said they would. Could not fault them.

The delivery was really fast - but the wrong side-panel was delivered. I realised this on the same evening but it's been a couple of weeks now and despite my reminders, it's still not been swapped for the correct one. The website doesn't show the actual Merlyn product numbers, unfortunately. And meanwhile, I can't rate the actual Merlyn Shower screens yet! I'll update this depending on any news...
