Amazing service from start to finish, i messaged the company via WhatsApp inquiring about a car and within 3 days it was reserved and mine such a quick and hassle free service would highly recommended to anyone wanting to finance a car also massively cheaper than going into the garage saved me around £90-£100 a month

Went to Daniel @ LC to look at sorting out a PCP Deal for me on a 2021 Audi RSQ3 Sportback. He managed to beat the dealer’s finance by £130/month, Reduced the balloon payments also by £3K. They were very helpful when supporting me and financing my new car. A few hiccups and annoyances along the way but get me updated and in the loop the whole time getting round these issues.

I have bought 2 vehicles from dealers now, using LC Finance (CYCL), a Volvo XC90 & Alfa Stelvio QF, and the process has been great both times.

The first time I knew the car I wanted and the team were great at securing a great finance deal.

The second time I thought I knew what I wanted (Porsche Macan Turbo) and after working with the team on multiple options the team suggested the Alfa, found one and pulled together a deal that was almost too good to be true!

I highly recommend the team at CYCL/LC Finance.

Dealt with Daniel, started looking In December getting quotes on several different cars. Sourced the car and got a deal within budget. Easy, quick, clear process. Communication was quick and understanding!

Lies, poor communication and service from everyone in their team.

Joe promised add-ons at the start, which could not be included in the final deal. They then failed to pay the invoice in time, leaving me without a vehicle for Christmas. Acted as if they’re doing me a favour instead of offering a service.

Sam offered to resolve my issues and failed to do so before going away, despite the assurances. I then made a formal complaint, which took too long to address.

I cancelled the agreement and went with Oracle Finance after finding the vehicle myself. Got it for £20 a month cheaper and covered the add ons myself.

I got in contact after seeing their activity on Instagram, and asked for a specific (rare) car. They found one in minutes... Unfortunately as we were sorting out the finance the car was reserved by another buyer. I was gutted... However, Joe reassured they will find me another... 30 minutes later I was sent another available vehicle and within hours the car was reserved and within a week is on my driveway! Can't recommend Joe and the team enough... and will be using them for my next future cars.
