After contacting Compex, they are sending me a replacement since the first massager didn't work.
They were very good to work with. I have been told the replacement is in the mail. Fingers crossed.

Item I ordered was on backorder. You have now sent me emails to extend my warranty and give feedback which is so disconnected from the reality that I have not got your product yet. Further to that, I had to call to find out the status of my purchase and do not receive any updates.

Ran into a problem with tens unit - a plastic piece that apparently supports the power input jack looks like it collapsed (how does that happen?? ) and now cannot insert the power adapter. Unit ran great until battery died but expensive to replace battery. Company responsive but unit is several years old so I’m out of luck. Update: company refuses to refund for returned replacement charger. Appears I am still out luck. Customer always loses

Very strong performance with a wide range of control using the muscle stimulators and control box. The controller has a long battery life with a very wide range of stimulator patterns.

After much hesitation about whether an EMS device would be beneficial for me, I decided to purchase the Compex Runner mainly due to Achilles tendinitis and other running-related issues. I already own a Theragun and foam rollers, but they didn’t provide the relief I was looking for.

The Compex Runner, however, did. Even after a long endurance run, I now use the Compex and experience minimal muscle soreness the next day. A massage gun tends to be too painful post-run, but the Compex provides effective muscle recovery without discomfort.

Is it worth the money? For me, absolutely.

I have four Compex Cold Packs in the freezer at all times. I travel with them, too. Good quality--flexible, nicely sized (I have two Oversized), hold the cold a long time, and last a long time. Definitely one of life's essentials for me to fix aching joints and muscles.

I don't like that Out of the 4 cables only 2 cables work I think I'm gonna return and get a refund considering the amount of money I spend on compex all of 4 cables should work

Corebelt 1.0 is very good.
I already have Compex SP Intensive 8.0 that is great.
I had a problem with the delivery but it was solved bt the company using a direct phone call.
