When Complete roofing Carlisle Limited quoted and actually did my new roof and guttering i was impressed. 5 stars in fact. My neighbour was also impressed and had her roof and guttering done as well, as we both live in adjoining semi-detached houses. However after a very short time, my neighbours guttering developed a leak at a join. Calls, Txt;s and emails were sent requesting Complete roofing return to fix the problem. Only 1 reply was received and it stated they would try and turn up on a particular day. They did not. My neighbour is an OAP and cannot fix the problem. Considering we were given a warranty of 25 years, i feel completely disappointed in this company. I would not recommend this company because of this .
