Some how they managed to get hold of my credit card details. Possibly when I purchased some on line and was offered a discount. My bank intercepted the payment as they get a lot of scam complaints about this company and put a block on them accessing my account. After getting a new bankcard two weeks later they took another payment. I’ve had no contact from them so can’t cancel any subscription tried phoning with no joy. They are a Sam as far as I can see

These people have been charging my dads card £18 since may every month up until now. I want my dad’s money put back into his account. Seriously, you claim to be a give cashback but you’re robbing people in broad daylight. Awful people.

Thieves! Took £18 from my account for 3 months before I noticed it. I have never knowingly signed up to this company.

I have absolutely no idea what this is and yet they have tried to charge me twice now, but luckily I keep the bulk of my money in an online saver so it hasn’t gone through. Does anyone know how they could’ve possibly got my info or when these charges will stop?

Tried to take £18 out of my 13 year old daughter’s bank account. Luckily she doesn’t have enough money in her account. She’s a child and did not understand what had happened. There’s no way that this company is dealing with issues of consent for data or membership lawfully.

0 star. Scammers. It's appauling that these kind of scam shops run in the broad daylight. No consent, no information, nothing, and all of a suddwn you see money beung deducted. People are lured to join this shit with their so called marketing gimic for savings but it's the complete opposite. No one ever would think in their good sense a cashback program sucking mpney from it's own customers itself.
Take this company down.

When calling customer service was advised very cooly “sorry this has happened we will refund £38 to account in 3-5 days. Thanks for calling goodbye!” Couldnt explain themselves! Ridiculous they managed to get her details!!!

We have just discovered that this outfit has been taking money out of our account for almost a year!! We don’t even live in England, didn’t sign up, certainly didn’t give out any bank details.
My husband found a random email about Complete Save but thought it was junk and deleted. He had no idea they were helping themselves to money from our account!
His card details may have been phished when we bought train tickets whilst in the UK last year. What a scam!!!
