Trainline should be ashamed of themselves being associated with these con men. Appears I signed up unwittingly while purchasing a train ticket. Been charging me £18 a month for something I didn't know... See more

Paid for a weeks parking at Manchester Airport and got signed up by these stealthy thieves. Not obvious it happened and they just took the money for doing absolutely nothing.
Absolute rip off and shady as. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping decent folk off.

SNEAKY, this may be a genuine company but basically you are signed up in a manner tantamount to fraud.

This company seems to link itself to some major retailers & provides a link which the customer may or may not realise they have activated during the purchasing process & you may think it was offering a discount on your next purchase.
This kicks off the scam, they now have your credit card details and start charging after 30 days. Unless you check your statements this can go on and on. You will receive no email confirmation that the 30 days trial period have expired & you will more than likely not know your membership number. I have fell into this trap & only noticed recently. The company identification on your credit card statement may change & in my case three times. The amount you pay per month will go up but you will not be notified.
The company is based in Switzerland which kind of says it all. If the company is only based abroad (no UK presence), Trading Standards has very limited powers
Update 27/8/25
The way I was trapped was with a online order with Chums back in July 18, for a £16.87 discount on my next order, filling the forms signs you up for a membership that I didn't intend to do.
I've raised a dispute with my credit card company & they say they involve thier fraud department. These scam companies need to be stopped.

U r evil and thief! Will report to Halifax and money back £18!! U bandit!
Been report to cyper website ur website r so fake and stealing from people as we never apply this! Go to hell!

They tried to take £18 from my credit card - fortunately my card company recognised this as a fraud and blocked it.
I am 100% certain that I never "manually signed a form" to agree to this subscription.
These people are totally fraudsters and must be stopped.

They took £18 from me last night while i was sleeping, i woke up so confused and i contacted my bank immediately no clue who these people are or how they got my bank details but this is a sign to check ur bank payments because i have no recollection of applying for whatever this scam is or even buying anything last night as i have been saving. i am 17, why would i be signing up to these things..
UPDATE:
I was refunded my £18, however still wondering how their company is only for 18+ people and somehow me 17 has ended up with a contract with them. How will the company stop under 18s for applying when they are purchasing basic things like a simple birthday card or a dominos pizza?

How did this company get bank details. I have never signed up to this company, nor would I having looked at the reviews here. Its criminal that this company and others like them can get away with stealing money out of hard working people's accounts. I've tried twice now to get them to stop and refund me, but they just say 'your not in our system'. I'm calling my bank to get them to stop the payment out, £38 so far, and I'm reporting them to the finance watch dog. I urge everyone to report the same.

They have been charging me 18 pounds every month since January without my consent. I have never signed up for anything nor used any of their coupons. I didn't know about them until i saw my credit card charge! How do I get my money back? This is absolutely terrible! How can they charge without my consent?!

Reply from Completesave
Signed me up with out my consent. When I phoned them to chase it up. They had no record of me and wanted my full details on the card to take it further. I declined and phoned bank but they have take 2 x £18

Completesave should be blacklisted by the UK Government. They are scammer, I never sign up with them and they removed £54 from my account. I don't even know how they got my account details. They are compromising so many citizen bank accounts. They and their likes are scammered, they must be stopped

I have never used this before and it has taken £18 out my account for no reason

I have no idea what this company is and I highly doubt I would have signed up to pay £15 then £18 per month to a company I have no idea of or what they are, let alone what I am paying this for.
I have tried to cancel this account all day, to no success. Each time I try, the system crashes!?!
I'm also alarmed that I have not noticed this leaving my bank each month since 2023!!!!
Have I been scammed?!
Can someone please enlighten me?
Completesave. If you see this email could you kindly contact me to cancel the money that you are taking (stealing) from me each month!!

Total scam - signed up to either complete save or mytimerewards and then got no cashback on trainline tickets bought via their "affiliate links" then got billed by both companies.

Scammers took 100s unknowingly from my account

This company is a total shambles, do not get involved. They have been taking money from my account since 2017.
I didn’t think anything of it as I thought it was a funeral plan I took out to leave for my daughters. They have taken over £1000 out of my account, I suffer from epilepsy and am disabled so this has made things 10 times worse for me. I spoke to a woman yesterday 15th August 2025 she said we only give the last 3 payments back. I asked where they was based she said the phillipines, however when you google it, it states that they don’t have a base as such.
As of the rest of the reviews I gave this so called company no authorisation to take funds out of my account.
I shall be speaking to my bank today, I will get this sorted even if it kills me.

Complete scammers took money from my bank account without me ever opening an account with them ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!

I wasn't aware I had signed up? I only found out when they took £18.00 out of my account ! I thought it was some sort of Asda loyalty scheme .Very dodgy ! cancelled it and hopefully I'll get my money back.

Best cashback rates out there and super fast payments. Transactions almost always track without any issue. The negative issues raised by people are related to not understanding how the company operates. The details are clear during the sign up process.
There is a monthly fee of £18 that is also subject to full cashback if you transact that month with the company you first purchased from when signing up to complete savings, on the basis you provide the receipt.
I've had complete savings since April 2025 and have already received approximately £390 in cashback. I was billed £18 per month for this (which I also got cashback for as above) but it's clearly a win.

I am a significantly disabled person who suffers from anxiety and who has been scammed by completesave.co.uk. I have not signed up with them . Now my health is suffering as a result.
