One of the worst protiens or COR I have tried, for the price yiu oay it tastes cheap and artificial ended up giving all my stuff away to a gym newbie

My first purchase of Complete Strength Cream of Rice.
BBW Cream of Rice has been my go to for several years now, but due to them being out of stock I decided to try something new. I’m so glad I did!! CS Cream of Rice is outstanding! Mixes extremely well and the taste is out of this world (Chocolate Banana)!
Think I’ve found my new go to Cream of Rice!! Fantastic stuff!!

Absolutely love Complete strenght supplements! Always good deals and very quick delivery! Arrives next day unless its bank holiday! Highly recommend!

Great delivery and great products but lacking in stock sadly

I used to order off the website pretty much every month for my protein powders. The flavours were amazing. But for the last 6 months or even more, they never have any whey protein in stock. What they do have is very limited to certain ones that are probably not popular. It's now got to a point where there isn't any point looking because no effort is made to restock.

This is my 3rd pouch of cream of rice and I have to say that the caramel biscuit and the rich chocolate brownie flavour are sooo yummy. I will definitely be purchasing more. Great website, plenty of choice and very reasonably priced. Will happily purchase again.

Waited nearly 3 weeks for my parcel, once I finally got through to someone from CS they sent another parcel but no compensation other than apologies.

Taste needs a bit of getting used to but it's alright. That being said, the worst thing to me is the lack of transparency from the company in terms of complete nutritional value and ingredients, which are only roughly listed, without even specifying percentage, EEA, etc.. all info that you would find in most (if not all) of the other brands. It basically just tells you "this is a mix of different proteins, eat it, it's good".
Besides, customer service is absolutely no-existent, as I tried to contact them to ask for more info, but they never replied.
I gave this product, and this company, a try but it's definitely a no for me. There are many companies out there with much higher value (and for pretty much the same money).
Not worth it.

Really great service pretty much delivered the next day. Quality products. The cherry bakewell cream of rice is next level in flavour annd consistency, best I’ve ever had. also the chocolate orange whey protein isolate is top tier would recommend.

Complete Strength? More like Complete Lack of Customer Care.
If there was an option for zero stars that would be more appropriate.
They use a courier which claimed to have delivered my order. The courier they use does not have a contact number. I emailed telephoned and WhatsApp'd Complete Strength with no response. Eventually I received a photo supposedly "proving" I had received the goods. The photo was not of my house. Nor do I have neighbours within 1/2 mile of my house.
Now that I have escalated this matter with my card provider there is fractionally more interest from CS - an email asking me amongst other things to declare that I will cooperate with the police! This is frankly farcical for a £42 order.
No one at CS has even had the decency to pick up the phone and talk to me about this.
I will never order from them again.

Always quick delivery and fantastic products. Couldn't live without the chocolate and salted caramel cream of rice.

Bought protein for a second time and 2nd time got issue with delivery when it said it was delivered, but I haven’t received anything, probably was delivered somewhere or have no idea what happened. Anyways, didn’t liked the couriers company they send as it was unkown company i never heard of . You can’t contact couriers company or track it even if you have tracking nr. As the first order came with hermes no issues. Anyways, the customer service slow with responding , but issues were sorted out so nothing to blame. Had protein resent and received this time. Love the protein , looking forward to order again ofc just would like if they could use different couriers which easy to track and they do pics of receiving too. Anyways, positive feedback products are good and would recommend 👍

This is the best tasting protein I've had, you don't get that horrible shake after taste. Zero digestive issues. Bang on
