In my case, the compliance preview image of videos was displayed if no consent had been given, but white text on a white background 😅 despite the exclusion of compliance JS and CSS data in the optimisation tool. But thanks to Antonio Candela from Complianz Support, this was quickly solved with a CSS correction and it was well explained so that I was able to implement it in 10 minutes, although I am a webmaster but not a coder.🙏🏽🙂

Roberto and Antonio were very helpful. My issue was solved in a timely manner.

Roberto and Antonio from the technical team were amazing at solving my Consent mode implementation issues. I am beyond greatful to both of them for the assistance. I chose Complianz because it was one of the few options not limited by number of users or page sessions per month. Finally I can see my full statistics in GA4. Thank you for the good work. I highly recommend Complianz if you are in need of such a service.

P.S. On a side note it would be great if you consider making some video tutorials on how to implement Consent mode from start to end because it is a bit complicated for a non-technical person.

Good solution, good plugin but:

- Slow support
- Misleading explanations about licenses in their conditions: "If you have subdomains or a subdirectory set up within the same WordPress installation, you don’t need separate license keys. However, subdomains that are set up through separate WordPress installations require you to purchase multiple license keys. For more information on staging domains, please click here."
That's not true! If you have a multisite under the same domain, you still have to buy two licenses. Keep this in mind because in this case, there may be cheaper solutions.

Support replies as follows: "To clarify, a WordPress multisite installation, while having a single global access point, still counts as separate WordPress environments for licensing purposes.
The information about subdomains in our documentation refers to subdomains or staging environments (non-live sites) for development purposes, not to separate live sites within a multisite network (even with the same domain)."

Fantastic, but the honest thing to do would be to explain this clearly before making the purchase and not after contacting support. On the other hand, it's one of the few plugins I know of that requires multiple licenses under the same domain. I'll emphasize this point. We have two sites in a multisite environment, but both sites are under the same domain.

I had an excellent experience with your customer care agents since I couldn't manage to install and configure Complianz in my own. Leonardo tamion took me from the beginning hi his hands and, step by step, did all the necessary setting in my Google tag Manager. He's also an amazing person, extremely kind and very, very patience and highly professional. i do recommend complizan and its support service! Excellent!

Complianz is a fairly straightforward plugin for GDPR compliance, although it has its hiccups. Unexpectantly, I realized a Live site's Slider was having difficulties loading on first page draw, showing the lazy loading feature until refresh. Upon refresh, it would load as normal. After doing some investigation with disabling plugins on a staging server, I determined the issue is with Complianz blocking Slider Revolution and or YouTube. I tried to disable those integrations in scripts and still had the issue occurring. I placed Complianz into Safe Mode and reached out to Support.

That's where Antonio provided top-notch customer service, after a longer than usual wait time (reason for 4/5 stars). Antonio and I went back and forth determining additionally Google Fonts was also causing unexpected results. He provided a quick minute-thirty video walkthrough on the resolution. Thanks for having my back Antonio!

Great and fast help with our consent mode issues.

Great experience thanks to Antonio for his patience and support. We had Complianz WP already installed since last year but I needed to troubleshoot and adapt the set-up for GTM and HubSpot. Not only did Antonio help me from the Complianz side, but he also helped me navigate the HubSpot side too! It took a few weeks to set-up on staging site first and then move across, but we got there, and I am really grateful to him:)
