First and foremost, their staff is beyond helpful with any questions you might have. Insanely fast responses from the support team and my tech was Kal. Kal was super quick with the optimization, very up and going guy, and happily answered any questions I had. He told me if I had any questions post optimization to hit him up and he stuck to his work and helped me out within minutes. I don't look at them as just employees for COMPREADY, every staff member I've ran into treated me as their family/close friend. Now to the stats, my pc was already insanely fast and great in game stats i sat at about 500 consistent fps and after the optimization i am sitting about 700-800. In game latency went from 2 down to 1 but the game feels like i have a 0 latency, everything is in real time. I didn't really think it would be that much of a competitive edge but its truly unfair how much of an advantage it gives you. 1000000/10 recommend their business.

My PC is about a year old now, and I was starting to get a few performance issues with Valorant. I learned about COMPREADY and was skeptical at first, but I decided to give them a try after researching a few testimonials. I got put with kal as my technician and let me tell you my guy hooked me up. This PC is running better than the day I first booted it up. My specs are
CPU: Ryzen 9 7950x3D
GPU: AMD 7900XTX
RAM: 32GB CL30 6000MT/s
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F

My FPS in the range on VALORANT went from around 400-500 up to 700-900 after the optimization. On heavier maps that tank FPS such as Icebox, I went from around 300-400 to 500-600.

It was a miracle that my pc become so much smoother than before. I bought the pc not too long ago. It was working fine. After the new valorant update my pc started stuttering and frame drops. Travis gave me excellente service. Guided me through a lot of things with good explanations. I also have a 14th gen processor which is relatively new to tweak with but he still gave his best to give me the max performance.

The feeling of VAL after this optimization was night and day.

Before, I suffered with random stutters, fps drops and VAL just didn't feel clean.

After the optimization all latency stats were reduced, FPS was increased but the best part was how the game felt.

Instant hit-reg, smooth 1:1 feeling when turning and no more FPS issues.
