Good item, quality, bad delivery experience
The quality of the items (I bought two) are really superb. The reason I did not rate this as a five experience is because they use drop shipping from China and the company that delivers the items, even though it is quite well automated and computerized, is basically incompetent to deliver merchandise to large businesses. I work in a hospital and I receive five or six packages a week from Amazon, UPS, DHL and I have no problem with those companies being able to deliver to my Hospital loading dock within business hours of approximately 830 to 430 Monday through Friday. This company claimed they could not locate the loading dock, and even though I called their customer support and showed them on Google maps where the loading dock was, they were unable to have somebody confident enough to deliver the item and ultimately I had to call their customer service and have it delivered to a UPS store. That UPS store of course charged me $20 for the drop off. The UPS store was just doing its job and did it well and my only complaint is with the Chinese delivery service called GoFo Express.
In summary, the item is fine and high-quality. The delivery service is incompetent and ended up making me pay an extra $20 because they were unable to deliver to a hospital loading dock that receives literally thousands of packages a day. Go figure. incidentally, it actually took more than two weeks to resolve this and took over an hour of my time.

Everything is ok, but i ordered the wrong size. If you have a Samsung S23+ or a newer model, get the larger of the two sizes. The phone will fit, but not with a case on it.

Regarding the back strap, thank you for pointing that out! Sometimes the strap can loosen if the adjustment tab isn’t fully locked in place after tightening. We recommend giving it a gentle pull upward to secure it after adjusting — that usually prevents it from slipping while on the move.
