Went to them for my MOT. It was done in an hour. Staff were friendly and they did not make up any fictional problems with the car as others do. I was offered free a MOT if I wanted a service but my car did did not need a service and they were ok with that.

Efficient, value for money, no surprises.

After conducting an MOT on my van, concord northampton told me it’s failed on the front brakes! I was advised that I needed new discs and pads I changed the discs and pads and also replaced the sliders. At a cost of £120 for the parts.
I returned the van back to Concorde northampton for a retest only to be told that the brakes were no different in fact worse than before as I pointed out to the mot tester. (I don’t think he realised I was actually listening to him and remembered the figures he gave me the first time)

How can they be worse? New pads new discs how can they possibly be worse?

He then said maybe it’s the Caliper or the hoses collapsing!!

I took the van away and went to my normal garage, Jacksons MOT Northampton to investigate the issue, Jacksons called to say there is absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes.

Both were pulling around the same 310 on both sides. Compared to Concorde one was 300 the other was 571?? Really?? Surly the van would be pulling to one side under braking with that difference!!

I called Concorde and asked for a refund just for the £10 for the retest that they hadn’t done and they told me, we don’t refund anything under £40! 😡

I’ve told them I’ll never use them again and will plaster this all over Facebook. They didn’t care!!

It’s obvious to me they were just trying to get money out of me, cheap mot yes! Spending money for nothing yes. STAY AWAY!!

Just to clarify Jacksons MOT did not do any work to my vehicle what so ever, the mot was done early sat morning after concord failed it late Friday night! To reply saying I have had extra work done is speculation and yet again lies from concord auto centre.

I actually did the work myself I’m quite capable of changing discs and pads, concord didn’t even come back with a price until the Wednesday after the first mot. 😂

Once again fantastic experience at Concorde Auto Centre. Very well run garage who go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy every step of the way. Prices are competitive but the service blows everywhere else out the water!

Full service and MOT provided top drawer, couldn't believe the price for a full manufacturers service, amazing stuff. Much faster than other outfits too and aftercare was very good, they made sure i was happy with everything.

Good helpful staff, competitive prices, quite fast despite a short hold up because a part took a little longer than expected but this was a supplier's fault. Concorde kept me informed every step of the way and explained it all over the phone. Would be nice to have text service for updates without answering the phone

Had an MOT done, about half the price of everywhere else. Thought that meant they were looking for work but passed first time! Now i'll give them a shot on my servicing as I know i can trust them. Look like a quality outfit, something cambridge is desperate for.

Recommend this company to all my mates and family, honestly so glad we have one fairly close by. Saves the heartache of going elsewhere and them messing it up.

Other places can be cheaper for servicing but DON'T BE FOOLED. Most places don't do proper servicing and then if your car goes wrong you'll be stuck in the middle of a fight between manufacturer and garage for who pays for the damage.. concorde are one of the only places to do scheduled servicing so you know if anything goes wrong it's actually insured!! Peace of mind so valuable!

Great garage, always had nothing but good experiences at MK and Leicester when i used to live there. The team has awsome technical knowledge and knows what they are doing. Never any trouble with trying to swindle me at all. Staff explain exactly what needs doing and why, so a lesson in how cars work always thrown in which is nice!

Excellent service from Coventry staff members. Extremely friendly helpful and knowledgable. Slightly more expensive than some others but definitely worth it for the better quality, no point taking chances with your car's safety!!
