This was the first time I've used Concorde, on recommendation, and have to say that they were very good in the recent MOT of my Mazda MX5. They were courteous over the phone, welcoming when I dropped off my car, incredibly good value, and I'll definitely be using them in the future.
My only suggestion would be signage of where exactly to find them when you go through the gate to the units, but other than that spot on.

Excellent service. Easy booking, good communication and a brand new box van.

Fitted four tyres ..fronts should be 36 psi and rears 40 psi. Concords idea of this was:

Front right: 47
Front left: 32
Rear right: 35
Rear Left: 45

The handling was shocking and given I went straight on to a motorway it was lethal. Seriously unimpressed!

Quick affordable service. Have used before and will continue to use as is local to my work. No hard selling, they tell you whats wrong and no pressure to have work done if you dont want to. Good advise on any other issues your car may have, but again they do not pressurise you into having the work done.

Good response over phone when getting quote, was given appointment for fitting within 24hrs. Fitting took about 15 mins, asked for and was given advice about my car. No worries, will use them again.

Friendly, quick easy fixed my window no problems and even offered some advice about other parts of the car and how to solve the problem if it happens again.

After some confusion by another branch I was treated very well by the Norwich Concorde manager. They had the work completed quickly. The quote for remedial work after an MOT failure was very competitive.

Very friendly and helpful. Had to change my appointment time no problem.
