Wrong size concrete pump turned up resulting in having to source my own with concrete waiting to be poured.
Ordered concrete and a 40 metre boom pump but only a 25m pump turned up which could not reach the trench. Concrete network unable to find replacement pump when contacted so I had to source another pump myself with 2 trucks of concrete waiting to be poured and beginning to go off. Still awaiting a refund for the pump and compensation for having my builders standing around for most of the day waiting for the correct pump to arrive.
There was also less concrete delivered than paid for and 3x delivery charges for 2 concrete trucks!
