I placed an order online for a part for a Joe Blow pump. The part was for a daughter that lives 800 miles from me. She is a quadriplegic as a result of injuries from a car accident. She is dependent on her pump for her wheelchair and her hand cycle. The pump broke while I was using it. I ordered the part before I returned home not knowing you are located in England. My initial concerns over delivery were quickly put to rest with your effective order confirmation and delivery updates. Thanks so much. The part arrived on schedule. A friend helped install it. She is again has access to her pump.

The purchase was super easy, they managed shipping across the world and made it super simple. The parts look and feel great.
Perhaps one recommendation is, I purchased a carbon fork, but didn't realise I needed a race crown for the fork, since my previous one didn't have one. So the recommendation is, perhaps suggest additional items to be purchased, or list in the fork description that it requires a race crown. Anyway it is my mistake but that would have been helpful.
