I can’t fault this company. Steve Hewlett dealt with my case and his help and support was amazing.

Callum H was really helpful whilst moving our organisations SIMs from several providers to just one. We feel like we got the best deal and the discounts are obvious to see. Any additional support needed from Connection Technologies has been quick and efficient.

Karl's quick and friendly service meant the issue we had was solved quickly.

After having a few issues with the Vodafone website Karl was very quick to respond both on email and also on the phone.

We have been using Connection Technologies for around 3 years now and have received excellent service throughout our relationship. They are always very quick to respond to any queries and provide resolutions in a timely manner.

We have been working with Connection Technologies for a year now and we have had excellent service. Callum in particular has been a great relationship manager!

Customer service is quick and the agents are all lovely but I’m really disappointed with the information I was given when taking out my contract. What was meant to be £62 a month over 3 years, confirmed via email, is now £97 a month. Evening from the first payment it was over £70. Not what I agreed to and with it being a business contract I was told I was stuck in a 3 year contract. AVOID. My contract ends next year and has now gone up to £97 a month. WTF. No confirmation of the increase in writing. Even in April, surely it doesn’t go up that much. The agents have done f all to rectify it so I must try to help the next person who feels they are getting a steal of a deal. It’s all lies. Just get a personal contract it is much cheaper and less likely to increase over time£40 before the end of your contract.

always available when they want to sell you something, as soon as you sign you get no reply. sim arrived no handset, whatsapp to sales and no reply, called and closed and advised to email, send email and get bounce back that address not available. avoid

the email i used is the one on your recorded message, if you change it then maybe it wouldnt be sent to the wrong address, additionally i had to call you prompt your reply and answer my query, I spoke to nancy at 10:09am today who said she would call me back in an hour. no reply from her still at 430pm.
