If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. We are a small company but they chased me to go with them which I did. 18 months down the line the customer services is non existent and the promises given are broken. Do not use this company . OK to start with but more than useless now as I would be better off dealing with the phone company myself!

I would suggest Kelly’s review is spot…
I would suggest Kelly’s review is spot on. I have had quite a few problems with tariffs which are incorrect and hidden costs etc.
bond payments which don’t get resolved and refunded.
Network problems which o2 said go to the partner to get these resolved in which no compensation was offered for loss of service on numerous times.
So all conclusion. Don’t sign up with them it’s cheaper to go to providers direct with personal accounts. Even pay as you go is cheaper and more secure. Easier to read invoices and easier to track your outgoings.
I will never sign up again with any partner of a mobile provider company.
I have enough evidence to cancel my contract if I want at any time. As they have void their contract and agreements due to their untruly nature and their mis selling in written English that what they say is actually not true.

So far not impressed...
Over zealous (by their own admission) sales approach. Issues during the switch process which left me without a phone for 2 days last week and during that time the contact was very poor. I am now up and running but trying to get answers to questions and my messages are not even being read, let alone replied to.
I am trying to find if there is a cooling off period and I may back out.
Proceed with caution is my advice.

Appalling.
My old phone contract was terminated on Monday morning and I still don't have the new phone or sim or esim on Wednesday.
I cant contact customers and they cant contact me. It has been an unmitigated disaster.
I have contacted support and been lied to about delivery attempts that never happened.

Great Service
Gina was kind, attentive and followed up when she promised she would. Whilst she wasn't able to resolve the issue with a third-party provider - no fault of hers - she worked exceptionally hard to keep us informed. Can't recommend this service enough.
