Have been using connectpls for over a month now and the service has been excellent. Have travelled Europe with no worries about exceeding data limits. Highly recommended!

The internet was ok in most of places we have been. Also the support service is very fast and they have solved me every problem that I have. So I don’t have any complain.

Perfect Internet provider for Vanlife and digital nomad. I have had ConnectPls for more than a year and they really live up to the expectations. The Esim was easy to set up, the customer service was helpful and quick to respond when I had other problems. The best part was that I was able to travel in so many countries and still have fast Internet to be able to work remote without being affected by fair use policy in EU compared to other provider. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer

Great service, we managed to stay always connected while travelling around Europe, not having to buy SIM cards in every country and ending up with handful of them, with different € and £ balances we can’t use afterwords. Excellent support team, always available and helping us out the few times we needed. Would definitely recommend it!!

I used this company to get a SIM only subscription for data roaming while travelling around Europe (France and Spain) during the Xmas period. I have clients (childhood trauma psychologist) that I’ve arranged to connect with via video call. I ordered on the 2nd December, the post service used required me to be home midday on a weekday (no given time) I eventually got the package on the 15th after two attempts at re delivery! On the 16th (Saturday) I learned that what I had been sent (from london) was incorrect and I hadn’t been sent a sim, I had been sent a router with a useless SIM card (all second hand). I leave on the 19th (Tuesday) and after paying money I am left seeking a refund and attempting to obtain a new means of connection with zero time to hand. I have to say I feel the team were available online to help, however, they were no help. They used a postal service that leaves no room for life and were incompetent in providing what was paid for. It has left me out of pocket and most concerning, unable to connect with very vulnerable children that require consistency! We will see what happens next….So an update, Akif arranged promptly for me to receive an eSIM (this happened by my first day in France) and granted this for me for 2 months to compensate for the above. The eSIM worked very well and I was able to hotspot on my phone for all of my video calls appointments. It also work well for Netflix. The trip was rescued from stressers and I’ve obviously improved my original review. Happy new year to all

Been travelling and working remotely all over Europe for the past few months and have had exceptional coverage everywhere we’ve gone. ConnectPls has enabled us to be digital nomads in even the most remote areas.
Their customer service is outstanding too. Quick responses and helped us out to get connected when travelling out of the EU.
Would highly recommend ConnectPls for anyone needing to stay connected when travelling.

The staff try very hard to help, the contact is almost instant. I am using the SIM-only service for the second month and so far I am satisfied.
