Great remote access software for PCs... alot quicker / lighter than many of alternatives. For Mac though.... when the heck are you going start supporting Apple silicon natively?

I'm an IT consultant (that works closely with small businesses) in the Dallas/FT. Worth area (200+ machines). I appreciate all the development of the main product and all the extensions that allow for tailoring of one's experience. They have exactly all the pieces I need.
As feedback: It would be of great benefit if some integration with Avast CloudCare were to be developed. E.g. get a report of software running on each machine, specifically which machines do or do not have Avast.
Also, instead of having a 250 machine cut-off for the excellent price, a 300-350.

Excellent tool for connecting any Windows machine.

I love ScreenConnect/ConnectWise Control. I have implemented it at 2 employers and have been using it for about 6 years both professionally and personally. I have used both the On-Prem installation as well as the cloud options. It works very well and would be a perfect 5/5 if they offered a tier for "Home/Pro" Users that was more accessible monetarily. I use the free version at home, but dislike the limitation of only 3 active agents at a time. I would love to see a 1 admin, unlimited agents, home use pricing tier.

This product is one of the most user friendly, yet comprehensive management / support tools. Easy to understand from day one and you can ease in to features as you need them.

ConnectWise has made our technical team more in tune with the customers sites and allowed for our staff to be safely and securely in their homes and offices with the great flexibility to continue to do their work safely and without interruption from any location they happen to be.

Great product, easy to use, very powerful tool.

I use ConnectWise everyday at work and it allows me to do my job as an over the phone IT Technician effectively. There is a lot I wouldn't be able to do without using some type of remote control software and ConnectWise allows me to be able to see what the user sees because they often don't explain their issues in the best possible way.

Just working as designed, support help was used couple of time and found very responsive. Thx Guys!

ScreenConnect is one of the products that flat out works better than the rest of the remote control products out there.

Great product for any IT team!
Very easy to use and deploy.
The only caveat, but nothing major is that it does require internet access to work.

ConnectWise meets all my needs to allow me to support our remote and on premise staff 24/7.

ConnectWise Control has saved us time and money by allowing our staff to quickly take care of problems onsite and remotely. This has allowed us to transition our workforce into a remote workplace without any problems. It is great software and a must have for all IT departments.
