Best desktop remote control solution
I've used ConnectWise Control for 3 years. It's been fast and easy to maintain. There were brief outages of 1 to 3 hours, roughly twice per year. Price per host is the most affordable given the security and audit features that this solution provides.

I love this software.
Greatest remote admin software yet created. Full control with scripting capabilities. I have used many of these types of software, this one though is by far the most fully featured and easiest to use. No drivers, no runtimes... just works.

I couldn't imagine supporting our clients without ConnectWise Control! Great platform, easy to use & train internal team members to use, easy to direct our clients to get connected, and amazing functionality to make both our internal team member and external client support efforts a breeze - not to mention impressive to our clients.
