Over a number of years letting out my flat in Greenwich, I have always found the property management team at Conran Estates (Owain and Debbie in my case) really quick and efficient in getting day-to-day issues resolved.

Finding a capable full management service from estate agents is a bit of a hit-and-miss task, but in the case of Conran they genuinely provide that.

I have been using Conran as my agent for years for two properties we own and rent.
Our property manager is currently Lucy Meehan. She does a great job. She always replies on the spot and shares good advice when asked.
Lucy is a great asset for Conran and I can only recommend Conran for anyone looking for a good real estates company in South East London.

Hayrie has been a good letting manager during our onboarding process, and guided us through some tricky questions. Owain has been very responsive and friendly property manager. Punctual in finding solutions, and fair.

Conran manages my rental property for me. The service I have received over the past 2+ years has been excellent. However, what has prompted me to write this review is the recent interactions I have had with Owain Wilson. My previous tenants moved out of the property and I now have new tenants who have made a number of requests for new equipment, furniture etc. Owain has been superb in the way he has communicated and explained these requests, making my life so much easier as I actually live abroad. He is knowledgeable and extremely thorough. So I would like to say thank you Owain for all your help. It really has been a stress free experience.

Great Estate Agency.

I've been renting since 2020. Every time I need them, they are there to help solve my issues and clarify any doubts. Georgina is the person to go to if I have any troubles with my apartment. She is very respectful and kind, always trying to find the right balance between the landlord and us.

They have a lovely website to open issues, but we can always call if necessary.

In short, as long as I rent, I will do my best to continue using Conran to help me out.

Recently saw a property with this agent. Firstly the agent was useless- didn’t even know the age of the house!!- and left the owner to show us around (who was great).

Made an offer in line with “what the sellers were looking for”. Several days later I’m chasing them on the phone and by email- for a response only for another agent to suggest a second viewing so I can meet the owners?!

Several more phone calls later after being pushed to increase my offer- I’m told the house is sold for more than asking price with another agency!

I phoned the other agency to and not only have they not had an offer but the house is not sold, not under offer.

I don’t think my offer was even submitted to the buyers when conran were dropped as the agent.

In this day and age do they not think we can look on the internet and make a phone call and find out what they’re doing?! Their lies and tactics were outrageous!!

Really helpful support team, Lucy was incredibly responsive and always in touch with updates. Never had this kind of service from any place I've rented before. Thanks Lucy!
