Awful Bra!
Ordered 28/2, arrived really quickly - which is why the extra star. Bra is hideous, huge, ugly, bulky and doesn't fit right, loose at sides. Personally I don't feel that this bra is suitable for the larger lady. Definitely doesn't look like the photos, I'm a 38G ! I have applied for a refund and sent an email regarding this but have no idea what is happening. No sign of the refund and no returns label. Looking at other reviews it sounds like you keep the product and they send a refund but not sure how long the refund takes? Not very clear at all. **Update 10/3 Refund now received of £24.00. So it's cost me £6.50 in total to have a bra that is unusable and I'll probably give to charity. £3.50 delivery plus £3.00 deduction from your refund but they let you keep the product! Wouldn't buy from here again.

I have bought a few bras from Conturve. When one didn't fit properly the Customer Services Department could not have been more helpful. I received an "above and beyond " service from them. Thanks especially to Harriet.

Unfortunately, on 2 February, I ordered the wrong size bra and despite numerous requests, I cannot get any useful information about how to exchange it Last Friday, someone called Harriet promised to sort it out but since then sweet fat nothing. I simple can’t understand why this is happening. Other companies manage to process returns or exchanges very rapidly but not Conturve.

For years I have put up with uncomfortable bras with wires poking into me or busting out of the bra cup, straps that dig in to my shoulders and those horrid bulges under my armpits but since I got my first order from conturve these issues are a thing of the past. So comfortable and supportive. I don’t have any other bras now. I’ve also ordered the shaping shorts which are a must for under dresses or something more shapely. Gives a pleasing silhouette without skimping on comfort.
My only criticism is they don’t do pull over or front fastening bras which I would find a godsend due to bad hands and shoulders but otherwise, this is a great company with fantastic products and great customer service. I’m a happy returning customer 🙂

After seeing all the hype I decided to give the 'comfy' non wired bras a go for the first time. My original order never turned up and after toing and froing with the 'bot' and then sending an angry email in frustration was advised pretty quickly a replacement order would be sent, thankfully by priority 48hr mail. I did receive the order 2 days later but excitement was short lived. Despite following the Conturve online size guide in comparison to my usual very good 34F M&S fit, even on the tightest hooks the recomnended XL was slack around the ribcage under bust.
Once again I ended up frustrated with the 'bot' when trying to arrange an exchange and ended up sending another email. Customer services were very good and quick with a response and offered to send replacements in a different size, L, free of charge and suggested perhaps I could to donate the first order to charity or give to a friend.
The replacement duly arrived and whilst the cup fit is better, was still too slack around the ribcage and not as well supporting as I'd like and need but they'll do and give me a temp break from my usual wired bras when I go in for surgery soon.
I can see the appeal of these, the material is very soft and you almost don't know you're wearing a bra but personally, for the larger boobed woman I think these bras cover your modesty more than giving proper support.

Soft, comfy, and supportive, I did’nt believe that I could get the support with out under wires I was wrong. Thank you Conturve👍🏽

I have made 3 previous 1 star reviews due to poor Customer Service and misleading information on their website leading to me paying for something that I had not ordered.

I have to say that after a long running experience, Anna from Customer Service has finally taken responsibility and has sorted all of my concerns.

Not quite a 5 star yet as has taken so long but I am happy with the outcome and will order in the future from this company as I like their products.

The Conturve bras are brilliant I have never had such a comfortable bra I now have five. I have told all my family and friends about them too. Delivery and packaging was also extremely good. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

Just having issues with the daily bra being out of stock for weeks and weeks!

Update: following my review I have now had proper contact from customer services and they have refunded my money as well as offering me a choice of their shape wear free of charge. Finally got there in the end. I have suggested they review their use of bots in the future as this is where the problem lies.

The bra I ordered doesn’t fit properly, is uncomfortable and the extender has a hook missing. I have been playing ping pong email with a bot for 2 days and despite their returns policy supposedly ‘no hassle’ I am getting absolutely nowhere. Shocking customer service.

I have bought I think 8 bras now. Lost track a bit. They are the most comfortable bra I have ever worn, which is a lot at 63! No seams and look great under any top, dress etc. Hence lots of different colours. I did make a mistake with one order and a couple I didn’t want arrived. It was very frustrating when in communication with the bot that answered first . It gives instructions but that didn’t work for me and was winding me up I admit. However once I had communication with Harriet in customer service the whole thing was sorted out immediately. She is a credit to the company and immediately addressed my concerns. Some companies are a scam operator system these days and I had done my research before my first order. So naturally there is often a seed if doubt but not with this company, quality products at brilliant prices and bonus items when you order if you want. Highly recommend this company and as the bra is the best I have ever had will certainly only buy my bras from them from now on. Gone are the days of getting in from work and tearing the bra off as the first thing you do! Happy days.

Got the dusky pink in 2xl, tried on then ordered another in white. Measured my bust then realised I'm a different size, gone to smaller size. Conturve exchanged it for the next size down for free. Most comfortable bra I have ever had

I have never had such comfortable bras as the ones I have bought from here. Buy them when they are on offer and get a great deal . Excellent quality and design you will not be disappointed

I absolutely love these bras, after several orders for myself, I ordered my mum some but when they arrived they were too big, after a quick email to the team, the processed a new order and told me there was no need to return this original order... couldn't ask for better service :)

Leggings are very comfy and flattering. Bras are the best I have owned supportive and comfortable.

Harriet in the customer service department is superb at her job.

I have never had bras so comfortable. I can honestly say it doesn't even feel like I'm wearing one, I completely forget its there, no pinching, no straps falling down. I tried one and simply had to get another one. I will be buying some more.

I’ve had great service from conturve,most comfortable bras I’ve brought,my last order I realised I’d ordered wrong size, I sent an e mail to see if it could be changed due to it being the weekend I didn’t think I’d get a response. Help desk replied within an hour and order was able to be changed,thankyou
