SCAM site. DO NOT ORDER! Don’t understand why they haven’t been shutdown. Ordered a number of items (wok, thermometer, scotch glasses, kitchen tools) and they never arrived!

I ordered a pan a month ago. They charged me and never shipped anything. I had to open a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They do not actually have the products that they are selling. There are no updates. It’s a completely opaque process. I’ve had to do two chargebacks with the company through Visa.

Place an order décembre 4,22.no delivery, no answer to calls, no answer to emails…….fraud????

Ordered November 20th. Visa card charged. Got nothing. Tried phone and e-mails: no reply.

I placed an order on November 11,2022 and my credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email! I have not received my property! I have sent numerous emails, tried calling them and even sent a registered letter, which someone signed for...no response! How can we get this company investigated? This is ridiculous!

My wife ordered some Emile Henri plates back in September. We have not received the plates and it is now the end of the year. We have tried to cancel the order and get our money refunded with zero response. This company seems to be a fraud. Stay away and go thru Amazon

A total fraud. No customer service. Thieves is the best way to describe those people. Beware. Contact your credit card company and claim there has been a fraud.

Same experience as many others. i was taken in because the coffee maker I ordered was a bit cheaper than anyone else was selling it for. Ordered it Oct 15, 2022. Got a confirmation email and the charge of my credit card. Got an email mid November saying the product was back ordered. I started calling them in December and sending emails everyday asking about the order. No reply, no product. Has anyone else reported this? I trying to figure out who to report this company too.

The money was taken off my credit card, the time was in stock. I placed the order in late November and it is not December 25. It hasn’t shipped and I have sent several emails without a response. If you call their number it’s an automated message saying they don’t do phone calls, only emails. I’m surprised this business hasn’t been investigated, it should be.

It's very disheartening to see that I'm obviously in the same boat as many others. Ordered from them previously, and it was great; no problems. This time, ordered on Black Friday event, payment was immediately processed, and I received an email confirming the transaction and informed that I would get notified as soon as it ships. I ordered November 27th, still haven't received it. Nor have I received any email updates or explanation for the delay, despite writing them several times. I even posted a negative review a few days age (to get their attention), but they haven't posted it. There's many NEW and current 5 star reviews on their site, but now I'm convinced it's a scam. I think my only option is to see if my credit company will go after them. Avoid at all costs!

I seem to be in a long line of customers who have been scammed since December 2022. I ordered an in stock item, the money was taken out of my account immediately. I have never received confirmation that it shipped. I have sent many emails to their help email address and I have phoned several times. the phone line disconnects. I guess I have been the victim of a scam. Does anyone know who I can report this to? Maybe the Windsor Police?

How does the criminal scam artist behind CookStore.ca sleep at night?

I’m so disgusted at the fact that they stole my money and ghosted me. Absolutely despicable.

Card charged immediately, but nothing shipped weeks later (item was in stock when I ordered on Nov 25). No answer to phone, no reply to multiple emails. No way to cancel order. Guess I should have searched for reviews before placing my order on this site. Does not look like a scam based on the website alone but it apparently is.

I have ordered from this store before and always received stuff in timely manner. Now I placed an order for a Christmas present about 2 months ago, got confirmation, money was taken immediately from my account and then no-show. I have made several (10+)inquiries by email and trying to phone, but no response. Bad scammers, I realize, by reading other people's experiences that are similar to mine. How could we warn other consumers before they are in same situation?

Ordered products at the beginning of August for a gift, credit card deducted immediately (over $350.00).
Order was supposed to be around 10-14 days. I have been chasing them since end of August and we are now on December 19th.....still no order and I am no longer getting a response to my emails asking where my order is, the last info I received was in November saying the order would be here mid December.
No response now and they have had use of over $350.00 since August.
You cannot reach anyone on the phone their system tells you to use email.
Worst customer service....they should not deduct the payment if they know they don't have the product to ship.

Placed an order on November 25th, tried to call, sent multiple emails with no response at all. Total scam company 😡

Unfortunately had the same experience as a lot of others. Placed a purchase early November on 4 items that were in stock. After reaching out the first time, I got a generic "Item is delayed" email pretty quickly, but have received no replies since despite my multiple messages. Calling the number leads to a recording that tells you to email a completely different email address, claiming that they will respond in one business day. Am now trying to go through PayPal/credit card to get my money back and this order cancelled.

I don't think this a company that intends to be in business long and just wants your money without delivering.

We have been chasing a purchase for a month now.

The next step is video to tell the work about this company and put it on my many FB profiles.

Please tell the world so that this ends up being the their worst marketing steps

I ordered two pans from this company and was charged over $300.00 for the purchase in early December of 2022. When I try to find out where my order is I get a run around. I agree with another customer who did what I did. He SENT OUT 15 EMAILS and nor response. They were given bogus email addresses to use and after several calls to the company still nobody responded. I am going to consumer affairs and the BBB to make a formal complaint and then to the authorities. Same on your thoughtless operation .
