Where is my order?

Where is my order? I paid for this. was ordered KitchenAid - 7.5 L NSF Certified Commercial Series Dark Pewter Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer with Stainless Steel Bowl Guard (8 QT) and paid $629.99 which's bargain sale date Feb 15th, 2021. Unfortunately, They emailed me, Delay other weeks but nothing got my order. Today is March 17th, 2021. I felt that the company is not professional do their job processing the customer's order. Worst place STAY AWAY

This is the first review I have ever written in my life. Having purchased items from all of the world I have never ever experienced such a poor experience. I also have had a similar experience as others. I made a purchase and have never received any follow up despite calls and emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...

Order a coffee machine BUNN on Feb. 10, 3 days passed no reply nor confirmation email on shipping of my order can found. I have to send a web support ticket to find out what happened to my order ( they don't answer their phone). One day after with reply that it was a drop ship item have to wait. Finally, 2 more days later got them to send me the tracking number before the coffee machine (BUNN) arrived but it was missing the brew funnel. I called them and they are not responding, so I had to call the BUNN and they told me that it was the last one in CANADA. They had to order from the US and won't get here until March 9th.
I send another support email to the COOKSTORE and my ticket was "CLOSED" after 3 days of waiting. It was a nightmare. Today, March 3rd I still don't see any reply from them.

I ordered my All Clad gratin pans and…

I ordered my All Clad gratin pans and it said it would take 2-4 which I was fine with. Two weeks later I got an email saying that they hadn't forgotten my order and that one item was on backorder and they would ship as soon as received. Two days after, it was shipped. Received my order, all in perfect condition. I appreciated that they followed up without any prompting. I had reviews on here before, but figured I would order anyway. Glad I did, and will be buying from them in future.

Charge you right away for order even if backordered, not shipped. Customer service is by email only. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE. Trying to get money back via credit card. Been a month and half still not shipped. String you along telling you it will be shipped soon, then its out for shipping....

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. Items listed as "in stock and ready to ship" are not. This company uses Chinese drop shipping, and will give you no ETA on your order. They were quick to take nearly $3000 for an appliance but slow to answer questions or give updates. In the end I had to go to my credit card company to have the charges reversed as they will not cancel an order.. even one that has not shipped.

I was hoping for an easy transaction and wanted to shop with a local Canadian supplier. I was willing to pay more for their product than the competitions because they list the item as in stock and ready to ship. It's flagrant false advertising. The way that this company interacts with their customers and unwillingness to offer updates sends up a LOT of red flags about the legitimacy of this company. I should have shopped elsewhere, and so should you.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Stay very far from this company. They need to be investigated and shut down. Seriously. I never write reviews, but I have to convey my horrible experience with cookstore.ca. Many of the stories here follow the same pattern. I wish I had reviewed this site before I bought. I ordered 6 cookware items worth almost $900 on November 29. All of the items were listed as in stock. I immediately received a receipt and my account was charged. After not getting any further notice for 2 weeks, I contacted cookstore.ca and they said my items were coming in about a week. I asked for a shipping tracking number and they said one would be issued with 24 hours. I did not receive it and contacted them 2 days later. They then confessed my items were on back order and would be shipped in another 1-2 weeks. After 3 weeks of no communication or tracking number I contacted them again and said the items are not in stock and would be another “2-4 weeks plus”. I asked to cancel the order and then said it’s not possible as the items are in the process of being shipped, which directly contradicted what another agent said. It is approaching 11 weeks now and I still have no tracking number or confirmation the item is even en route to cookstore.ca’s warehouse. I am writing this to hopefully protect others from the odyssey I have gone through with this company.

AWFUL

AWFUL. I ordered some cookware and "Brenda" contacted me about the billing. I replied and never heard back from her. Was waiting for my new pots and pans and out of the blue I get a refund issue. Don't waste your time or money with this "store" which is essentially a distribution centre with horrible customer service.

Really bad experience

I ordered 2 items, sent an email to customer service after 3 weeks without an update. Been told my order was delayed. Then I've been contacted by the customer service because one of my items was not available anymore. I've been asked to replace it with another one. The one I wanted (supposedly in stock because it was ONLINE) but OH NO! Finally out of stock as well ...

And when I asked about my other item, I had to wait again 2 to 4 weeks (!!!) until THEY receive it, so maybe it would take again more than a month for me to receive it!

WOW! I don't know how they're still in business when I read all similar bad reviews! I should have read them first and I really don't recommend buying on this website.

Unable to get answers from this company

The worst customer service. You can not speak with anyone to discuss a seriously late order (7 weeks). Your only option is to send them an email which they claim to respond to in 1 to 24 hours... it has been 4 days.

You can, however, speak with someone if you have a question before purchasing something. My concern was specifically if they had the item in stock or if they had to get it from the distributor because I needed the item within a certain timeframe. The gentleman I spoke with was clear that they did have to get the item from the distributor but said that I should have my order within a week or two. He then further assured me that I would receive emails updating me along the way and that I could cancel my order at any time if it didn't work out.

I received exactly 2 emails from them. One stating that they were getting the order ready and another that it would be delayed by 2 weeks. I followed up after 5 weeks and was told it would be another 2 weeks. The time frame where I need this item is running out so I followed up by email again last week and have not heard from them.

I called today to follow up and was greeted with a super belligerent sales person who was not at all interested in helping and seemed annoyed that I didn't not know that their supplier was not shipping anything until February or March. The call ended with him hanging up on me.

I understand that these are trying times and that supply chains are not what they used to be but this is where good customer service is even more important. I spent $1800 on an item after explaining that I had a timeframe I was working with and I can't even get a response from this company. Truly disheartening.

Don't buy anything on cookstore

I do not recommend to order on with them. I did an order where a kitchenaid attachment was included for free. They "send" it to me but i never received the attachment. They didn' t do anything to send me another one. It took me so many emails, explanations and time to discuss with them. At the end they were supposed to send me a new one but it is was few months ago and nothing. They are lying and doing nothing. It is better to go to Amazon finally. They have better customer service and take care of their customers really much better.

Cookstore.ca ain't no Amazon

I ordered an ice cream maker from cookstore.ca in the last week of August and spent the next 3 months chasing delivery. They don't answer the phone when you call but there is a recorded message asking you to send an email which I did and, to their credit, they responded very promptly every time saying they'd send it as soon as it was in stock. I noticed they continued to advertise the particular ice cream maker I ordered even though they didn't have it to deliver.

They even sent me a request to give them feedback which I did - never heard from them.

I finally received the ice cream maker just before Christmas and guess what ? It was faulty ! So I emailed them about it and they responded saying I needed to take it up with the manufacturer. Great !

I original bought the ice cream maker from cookstore.ca coz they had the best price. Now I notice it's $40 less at Amazon... and I know if Amazon ever sent me a useless faulty product they would just replace it straight away.

I also ordered an electric knife sharpener from cookstore.ca in September. It never came. Despite numerous queries. I cancelled the order last week and cookstore.ca processed a refund.

My whole experience with cookstore.ca has a been a terrible waste of my time.

Zero stars. Awful company and awful customer service. Never got my item and only when I threatened action did I get a refund. No apology. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Unbelievably bad customer service

I bought a very well-priced juicer on boxing day, and the charge went through on my credit card. Customer service needed the billing information on my credit card, which we supplied and cancelled the order because they didn't call the number I asked them to. Every excuse not to ship and they finally cancelled just now. I don't think they ever intended to ship it.

This is a fake company who steals…

This is a fake company who steals people's money and do NOT ship any items. They don't even have a real address! I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, the Ontario government and also the Federal Consumer Protections Bureau. Please, do not spend your time dealing with these crooks. Contact your bank immediately to make a fraud claim, they will never refund an order or ship what you bought. Do not spend your hard earned money on these criminals. Do yourself a favour and do your research first. You will thank me!

Bad experience and bad customer service, this is the worst company to deal with. I have ordered an item from them a while ago and I haven't heard from them, I have sent them many emails regarding my order no one replied, they put me in a bad position I don't even have money to buy new item. I don't recommend anyone dealing with this company very bad company
