TEXT message export problems
I assume that whatever is on my phone memory can be downloaded to my laptop. However that is not true. What really disappointed me was how that app of yours handles text messages. If there are a string of texts to me and from me, only the texts that come TO me are exported into the laptop. All the texts in that same string that are answers back to the sender are shown on the phone but are never sent to the laptop. That means that I have no recorded evidence of my feedback to the sender. How can this be? Why isn't there a string of "he said/I said" texts being saved to the laptop?? Four different geeks from AT&T could not make this work; is there a setting on my phone that is the culprit? I need HELP!!!

Your advertisement of the product was false. The Android backup that your product offered was incomplete and therefore did not offer me the protection I expected that you so touted. So much so that I asked for a refund and a cancellation of the license keys.

User friendly. Relatively easy to Navigate
Backup and Review of phone content is relatively easy. Managing photos etc is good since I do not have a great deal of memory available. Haven't got a new phone yet so I can't check the restore facility with any confidence but I feel it should be no real issue.

I'm so happy with this program. These days when you buy a new phone, it's rare that someone helps in transferring or saving data from your old phone. With Coolmuster, I am able to save ALL my data, even my text messages and any attachments. While text content may often be trivial, there are times when it can be used to prove testimony in court, or for other purposes.

Coolmuster for Android does what is has claimed. I use it to clean up my phone's address book. A feature that I find annoyingly missing is the ability to create and remove contact groups. It appears that contact groups can only be changed, if the group exists on the phone. I currently have to go back to the phone to edit groups. I have big fat fingers with flat finger tips. Typing on the phone accurately is very difficult for me. If you could add this ability, it would be most apprecitated. Thanks

Android Assistant
Android Assistant, very cool program. Can backup and arrange things with ease. Can also send SMS via your computer USB connected to the phone, but it has strict limitations and breaks up the text into parts if you get long-winded. Otherwise, it's a needed tool. Get it! :-)

Not worth the time of day
Downloaded and installed and was asked for install code. Used what I had received in email and it didn't work at all, at least 3 times. Turned out that I had another way of getting what I needed. Sent refund request and was denied. Customer service is reprehensible and the product service - I have to go to China to get a refund. Let this go, down the proverbial drain.
