I have a pet insurance with Coop, In October 2024, I put a claim in for my dog, to put my dog into emergancy kennel, because me and my wife had to go in hospial for operations.and both of us could not take my dog for a walk, i had to let my dog called Chester stay in kennel for six weeks. When i made a claim they declined it because they said i had not been in hospital for more than seventy two hours. i was in hospital for three days. i had a sick certificate from the Doctor in hospital for two weeks. This company are not fit for purpose. I would not recommend then for pet care insurance

Vet on call within 30 min
Within 30 min I had an online call with a vet. For an issue which was a sort of "should I go to the "normal" vet for this" and extra ideas how to prevent it in the future. He gave me very good advice on every level.

Helping me get to a decision instead of making it for me or being entirely vague about it. Which more vets should do.

I had a concern about a dog, so I booked an online consultation. Everything was arranged quickly, the veterinarian was friendly and professional, and the problem was resolved. Will use them again for sure!

He explained to us everything about Martin’s problem and suggested some fixes in the feeding. We changed the diet and now the problem is gone. Great value for the money we paid!
