Coopers delayed/forgot to book the installer so we had to wait weeks for our washing machine to be delivered and installed.

Thank you for raising this. I was very concerned to read your review, so I’ve looked into the timeline carefully.
When the washing machine was purchased, it was out of stock and we advised that delivery would be toward the end of the month, which fell over the Christmas period. The installer was then away between Christmas and New Year, returning w/c 5th January, and your installation was completed that same week.
Our records show the installation date was confirmed with you around three weeks in advance.
While I’m sorry the wait felt frustrating, I can assure you the fitter was not forgotten or delayed. If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me directly.
