Easy to book and staff who were very accommodating both when booking, dropping off and picking up. Highly recommend these

I've stored my luggage here. They gave an option for early pick up as we had a flight at 8:00. Very clear communication, conveniently located. Highly recommend.

We missed to book in advance, but the staff willing to help to arrange the storage as we need to store the luggage more than 7 days which is not possible in the locker. The process was easy, made the call, and they guide where to drop the luggage. Paid, then process completed. The pick up was also smooth. Recommended.

We contacted them as we had an unusual order. They picked up our luggage on Thursday at 8am and stored it for us while we went on a swedish spa retreat. Then when we came back to the airport to fly out on Saturday they brought our luggage to us and even got us through some long lines.

Very nice stuff and great service. We are so Happy to use them.

The people managing the luggage services are very helpful and considerate. He waited for our arrival from our delayed flight so we can collect our luggages.

We were booked on a cruise with quite a late boarding
We dropped our bags and were free to wander around
We next saw our cases outside the cabin
Same on the way back delivered to the airport and then we just picked them up
The company kept us informed at all times

At first, they told me I could pick up my suitcase at 4:00 a.m. Then, early in the evening, they told me they were mistaken and that if I wanted my suitcase back, I'd have to pay 50 euros more to have it at 4:00 a.m.
Not very cool.

Luggage was not put in the right place by cruise ship personnel to be picked up by luggage service but our young man from the luggage service stayed around until everything was straightened out and he was able to get luggage. Also it was waiting in pickup area at the airport when we arrived

Luggage storage was very convenient with easy instructions.

quite an unpleasant experience, first the fee schedules at the airport information desk and at the actual luggage service were different. Higher at the luggage service. Then the fee schedule is quite hard to read. There is fee per luggage and min fee. which I normally understand that when I have 1 luggage for overnight which is then two times luggage fee and as it is lower than min then I pay minimum in total. They had strange calculation that for one day I paid for full minimum and then additional luggage fee for next day( so it was not even daily minimum). When I asked to explain the logic and how the fee was calculated they just rubbed me off by saying that they do not have time to explain. Also you cannot just pay by card for the services by swiping it you need to fill in an form in an app( so bring your glasses) when I came to fetch my bag in the morning there was a very sleepy lady who claimed that she has not woken yet. After ten minutes waiting I got my bag.

They were so quick and trustworthy. A bigger sign is needed for people to know where it is located!
