Exceptional customer service! Mette and her team were very patient and were able to make things happen for our family on very short notice. She greeted us with a smile when our family landed in Denmark and helped us navigate a few hiccups at the airport with all of our luggage. Also, they do a fantastic job of sending texts and emails to ensure you know what is going on, where they are located, and how you can easily get in touch with them if needed. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone travelling to Copenhagen.

I wish I could remember his name, but there was a kind man there who came to my rescue when I was stranded in the airport with 5 suitcases and my dog trying to find a flight that would accept the dog so I can move back to the United States. This man offered his services and allowed me to move around freely to get the help I needed, stored all my luggage overnight and then went above and beyond the next day to find me availability on a SAS flight. If he was not there I do not know how I would have survived. Thank you!

They offer a great service. It's very easy to find them in the airport and they do a great job of sending texts and emails to keep you up to date on the status of your luggage and to allow you to contact them for whatever reason.

I opted for a porter service from belt to home in Copenhagen.
The staff is friendly.
the cost was Euro 280 for 7bags with a weight limit of 25kg and anything weighing above it is charged 5 euro additional for each bag,
and it is delivered to street level only.

They were waiting at the belt for me and was friendly.
they do what they promise.

The service itself was great, leave the buggages at the port and finding at the airport, so having time to visit the city

We needed last minute assistance due to previous storage plans not working out and Mette was very very helpful and offered a solution

Kind and friendly service that works every time.

Every time I have used them I hav super service, professionalism and efficiency. The staff are all very friendly and go up and above to provide an excellent service.

I had a hard time finding the place to drop off my luggage. I had to stop twice to ask workers how to find it. The provided map was confusing. It looked easier than it was. Once I found it I was happy to be able to store my luggage for a while.

Great communication pre and post-service. Timely service without any delays or wait. Great service.
