From viewing to moving in.
I met with a lovely lady who showed me around the property, (for the life of me I can't remember her name) but she was amazing and made me feel at ease. She explained the process fully.
I received the documents to apply straight away.
I know from other experiences with estate agents, getting information or a progress update is usually like pulling teeth, but Olly and the team kept me up to date the whole way through. Even over the Christmas period. I wasn't left guessing.
I can't recommend them enough. They really have made a usually stressful situation so much easier. I am so grateful to the lovely lady who showed me around and to Olly who kept me fully updated during the application process straight through to getting the keys. Such a lovely team. Very grateful

Coppenwall sold our house for us. The whole process was easy and they kept us informed throughout. They came and took pictures at a suitable time, took the time to arrange viewings around us working from home. We received a weekly update letting us know what stage the sale was at, which was really useful. Excellent service from all the team :) We highly recommend Coppenwall and would 100% use them again!
