When we were considering dropping the asking price, they persuaded us that it was at the right level, and were persistent in ultimately finding us a buyer at that price too. Since then, the sale has been than I could have imagined, managed really well their side.

We chose Coppenwall in the sale of my Sister's house after she passed away. From day one we have dealt primarily with Sebastian. We accepted an offer in March making everyone aware the estate was going through probate. After months of waiting for the Courts and probate being granted we were let down when the buyer pulled out one day before exchanging contracts.
Straight away Sebastian was on the case and within two weeks we had resold. As we live four hours away Sebastian has dealt with everything.

Millie was excellent and very helpful. I spoke to her several times prior to submitting our offer, she was always very polite and friendly. Millie was also very quick to respond.
