Thoroughly recommend this clinic
I had upper and lower blepharoplasty yesterday at the clinic and I can honestly say that I had the best treatment I could have hoped for. All the staff involved in my care were absolutely the best, very welcoming, friendly and utterly professional. The clinic itself is immaculate and gives the sense of calm and tranquility. My surgeon was Chris West, a very personable and easy to talk to guy, and he gave me the assurance i needed that my decision to have the surgery was the right one, assuring me that he would achieve the results I am looking for. Early days, but I can already see that the results look very promising.

Mr Baht 5 star facelift……
I had a deep plane facelift and blepharoplasty with Mr Waseem Baht and I have to say he was brilliant a very calming and professional surgeon who made me feel at ease both before, during and after surgery, he has given me a natural refreshed look, I cant recommend him enough not only for his skill but also what a lovely man.
I would also like to say I also saw both Miss Rebecca Rollet and Mr James smith for follow up/stitch removal and both were excellent and reassured me of any concerns I had whilst recovering.

Botox and Dermal Filler Treatment with Jo Reilly at Coppergate Clinic
I've been getting botox and fillers for years at different clinics, so I was a bit hesitant to try somewhere new. But a friend recommended Coppergate Clinic and Jo Reilly, so I thought I'd give it a go for my usual top-up of anti-wrinkle injections and some dermal filler work.
Jo really knows her stuff, you can tell straight away she's experienced and understands exactly what botox and fillers can and can't do. She's very much about keeping things natural and not going overboard, which I get. Her assessment was spot on and she clearly knows facial anatomy inside out.
My only gripe was the constant "you don't need this" and "you don't need that" comments. Look, I appreciate professional advice about dosages and what works best, but at the end of the day, it's my face and I know what bothers me. I've been doing this for years and have a good sense of what I want to achieve. I would have preferred more of a discussion rather than being told what I don't need.
When it came to the actual treatment, this is where Jo really shines. Her injection technique is honestly brilliant, I walked out with absolutely zero bruising, which after years of treatments I know is pretty impressive. She knows exactly where to place the botox for the best muscle relaxation and her filler technique shows she really understands injection depths and how to build volume properly.
The aftercare was also really thorough. Instead of just getting the usual email with basic instructions, Jo took time to go through everything properly, which shows she cares about getting the best results.
Overall I'm happy with how everything turned out, though there's a slight difference between my left and right side that's bugging me. I know you never get perfect symmetry with injectables that's just how faces are but this is noticeable enough that I want it tweaked. It's only a tiny adjustment needed, but it's one of those things that once you see it, you can't unsee it.
Coppergate Clinic is really well set up and the whole team is very professional. If you're new to all this, Jo's approach would probably be perfect; she explains everything and definitely won't let you go overboard.
Jo's got excellent technical skills and really knows what she's doing with injectables. If you want someone who'll give you natural results and has fantastic injection technique, she's a great choice. Just be prepared to be a bit more assertive if you're an experienced client who knows exactly what you want.
The zero bruising alone impressed me enough that I'd go back, especially once this minor asymmetry gets sorted out.

Fabulous results one week after surgery
I am so very happy after having the blepharoplasty surgery. It was something I had considered for a few years, and I'm so glad I have had it done. My eyelids drooped very low over my eyes, making my eyelids feel very heavy and I could also see the outline of my eyelids. They made me look like I was tired and the heaviness also made me feel as if I was. Now, one week after the surgery and having had my stitches removed, my eyes look and feel like they are open, the weight has gone from my eyelids and I am so happy with the results. Thank you Mr. West and also thank you to Alison who helped me stay calm during the surgery (the worst part of which was the anaesthetic) and for taking the stitches out today.

So happy i chose Coppergate Clinic for my procedure
From start to finish my experience has been really good. My surgeon was Rebecca Rollett and i can’t remember the name of the nurse sorry, they put me at ease when i had my procedure which was an upper blepharoplasty. It’s abit too early to see the final results but from just taking the stitches out i can see an immediate difference.

Had uppers done today at Coppergate Clinic. I'm super happy with the results so far. All staff at this clinic are pleasant and professional, my surgeon Ciarstan McCardle and theatre nurse Kirstie were amazing. They put be at ease before taking me to theatre and looked after me post op to ensure I was ok and give me post op care instructions and answered my queries. The admin staff had already sorted further appointments so no need to worry about sorting those afterwards.

Doxycycline injections for Malar bags
I had a consultation with Miss Bowers for Doxycycline for Malar bags. She was so friendly and made me feel totally at ease as I was feeling a little nervous. She took lots of time to explain the procedure and how long it takes to work to the full potential and that sometimes a second and third injection could be needed but not normal etc. I had travelled quite a distance and had asked when I booked the appointment if I was suitable for the procedure if I could have it on the same day. The person that replied had said no but Miss Bowers said that she was more than happy to do it there and then which was very helpful. There was a tiny bit of discomfort afterwards which was expected but very little bruising afterwards which is normally a problem for me. I did explain this to her and she said that she would do her best for this not to happen which she did !! She very kindly got some cold cotton pads to put on my face for my train journey home which really helped. I am hoping that after the 3/4 months the swellings that were there will have gone down. I would not hesitate to recommend Miss Bowers and would definitely come to see her again for any surgical or non surgical procedures. Alison Stevenson
