Rubbish

Coral used to be good but now lots of things changed to the detriment of the customer.

Betting on horses and greyhounds could always watch it after betting but now can’t get to watch greyhounds and its 50/50 if I can watch a horse race

Used to get lots of points / coins that I could redeem and get really good rewards. Now that’s changed dramatically - for example if I gained 10000 coins I could get £10 cash. Now I need to get 100000 coins and if I play coin grabber maybe I could get 500-2000 coins which was good. Now I get 5 coins. I’m definitely going to use another app as coral now treat customers as rubbish

Read very carefully

Read very carefully, VERY Carefully.

I WON £13,000 on their website playing blackjack….. guess what. They didn’t want to pay me out. The reason?? It’s a business decision… yeah right. They claim it’s because I had an account which was self excluded, all a bunch of lies.

I was on gamstop for 5 years, I removed myself and created an account a week later with coral. I even have the confirmation

They had NO issue taking me £2,500 deposit via Apple Pay but instantly decided not to pay out my £13,000 withdrawal.

I’m in the process of taking legal action and have an excellent team working on this case.

This will be posted on every review website, social media, twitter and I’ll pay influencers to push as out there

Avoid coral if you want to ever cash out your bet.

Disgrace, £13,000!!!!!

Friday boost not honoured

I’ve enjoyed playing at coral for a long time now - have lost a lot and won a little ( but that’s how it goes and I get that ) . Friday last week I completed the first challenge to win £1 and a key … then my Friday boost was unlocked but despite the fact I kept playing even depositing again - the progress page kept staying at £0/ £70 wagered. I raised it with customer services and stupidly assumed coral would fix the issue but no . Not only did I lose out on the Friday boost monetary prize but also lost out on my chance of getting enough keys for the vault on Sunday …. Not to mention the £70 plus I wagered and lost trying to get the boost . I’ve raised it with CS twice now who assured me it was a known problem they’re looking into but have heard nothing since . Completely lost faith in what was my fave sports book. Will obvs change my review if I’m compensated but any hope of that is dwindling fast.

This bookies is an absolute joke

This bookies is an absolute joke. I've been testing a few over the last few weeks. I've had no serious issues until trying Coral.

I deposited £10 which was accepted. I placed a bet and I won with a massive withdrawal value of £20.50.

That made me happy, especially since I was also to be granted £50 in free bets as a new customer.

This is where it went wrong. The moment I won, my account was suspended. I was asked to submit my passport on the promise my account would be reactivated. I sent them my passport. They then suspended my account further to the point where I couldn't log in. They then asked for a picture of me holding my passport and a utility bill. I did that. Nearly 24 hours later and with my identify compromised, I still have no access to my account, the money I deposited, or my winnings.

My free bets... Who knows. I only have 7 days to use them and I'm over 48 hours into that.

This company is potentially fraudulent. I am preparing my case to present to the Gambling Commission.

My current opinion of this company is that they are scammers and shysters. I hope they prove me wrong so I can adjust this review. They have already cost me the opportunity to place planned bets.

⭐ 1 STAR

⭐ 1 STAR — AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY

Honestly, Coral is an absolute shambles. The waiting times are ridiculous, the customer service is appalling, and half the staff seem to have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. Trying to get a simple issue sorted feels like trying to teach a brick wall to do maths.

You spend ages waiting to speak to someone, only to end up talking to a clueless member of staff who clearly hasn’t got the first idea how to help you. You’d honestly get more useful information asking a random person in the street.

And don’t even get me started on the management. You’d think speaking to a manager would actually get you somewhere, but apparently not. The manager seems just as clueless as the people they’re supposed to be managing. It’s genuinely embarrassing.

How can a company as big as Coral have customer service this incompetent? Nobody seems to know what’s going on, nobody seems capable of resolving anything, and you’re left wasting your own time trying to get answers from people who clearly aren’t equipped to give them.

The whole experience is infuriating. The waiting times are a joke, the service is a joke, and the management is a joke. It’s like the entire operation is being run by people who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing.

Coral seriously needs to sort its customer service out, train its staff properly, and get some competent management in place. Customers shouldn’t have to waste hours of their lives dealing with this level of incompetence.

Absolutely pathetic. If I ran my business like this, I’d be out of business in a week.

Bet with Corals, and have a Quarrel.

“Never a quarrel Bet with Corals”
Used to be the marketing line from the Bookmaker. Not anymore if you have a dispute they hang on and on and although they have s route for disputes called IBAN they ignore them.
Having finally four months later to accept they were wrong no Compensation has been offered having hung on to your money for four months and the stress caused offer NO COMPENSATION not even an apology that costs nothing.
Shame on you Corals I have only been a customer for SIXTY YEARS……..

Awful

Awful. Awful company, awful service. The worst odds and choices for sportsbook and the worst casino. Promos are pointless either never credited or piddly 0.10p which you can use to watch more deadspins on their rigged slots. No wonder they are always getting fined. Hopefully be liquidated soon.

Since 2014 I have purchased 2 Photo…

Since 2014 I have purchased 2 Photo programmes by opening an account. I had a problem and needed to re install as the original disk had a problem. I looked in my account and there was no trace of me having purchased anything. On contacting customer services I was sent a link to download another copy of PaintShop Pro X7, which I did. Unfortunately this copy was only the trial which means that it would work for 30 days. It could only be used if my account showed that I had purchased it. Despite I having a licence number. I believe this company runs on sharp practice

This used to be a good app

This used to be a good app! The house always wins you know this but the gambling experience is a thrill. Now the thrills gone if it’s not dead spinning when you finally get on a feature you’re getting £8.50 or £24 wins wayyyyyy of what they used to pay!
My assumption is they have some debts to pay off! DO NOT USE CORAL

STAY CLEAR!!

STAY CLEAR!!! Play mr Q’s or sky instead, I’ve put £6000 through in about 6 months mainly on slots and the return is diabolical, I get it you don’t win all the time that’s fine but you hardly ever bonus and the wins are terrible. Please if you read this stay away from coral, robbing good customers of their hard earned money!

The coral coins promotion

The coral coins promotion. WHAT A JOKE going from 300 coins for 3 free spins to 3000 n only winning five coins perday and have for over a week is disgusting. Coral might be in their rights legally to do this but ethically and morally speaking, they are amongst the lowest gutter level bookmakers and casino. As for their marketing department......sack the lot coz the idea of increasing their store prices ten fold (3000) and reducing the winning average threshold to 5 coins is............EXACTLY, CORAL = BULL###T

I unblocked my account after 5 years

I unblocked my account after 5 years. Started losing money in slots around £40 and thought this site has to be a scam, I was only spinning 10p at a time but could see it was never going to let me get a bonus or even get any money back. I blocked again and reopened after 2 months thinking I'll give it one last try, again same thing but this time I won £8 max. This is probably the worst of the sites I've played, I have now closed my account permanently. Atleast if I lose on another site I would have had a better chance and more fair. We shouldn't put money into scammers pockets
