Coral advertised online a welcome offer. I paid by Apple Pay. Once online, the offer was not available and I was unable to register that card, so they would not refund the money. Then, after getting through the chatbot to any agent, the first one disappeared and I had to start again with another. Disgusting service

Where to start. Live games and casino that disconnect mid game. Incorrect settlement of bets.Automatons replying to your queries. And blatant lying when trying to explain that when you have doubles and trebles where one part of a treble has paid out a set amount as a single, all doubles and trebles containing the same item pay out less than the single on its own. Liers, cheats and bullshitters every single one of them. Withdrawn the small balance I had and closing my account today. Avoid Coral at all costs or you will be disappointed.

Right I was in week4 right ok all good and then it states you need to spend 10 lots of £10 and I mange to spend the £100
The draw came the following Monday and I was gobsmacked all I won was £2 and customer service yes it is fair and lucky of the draw so what the advisor was trying to say that LC International are yet another company that takes people's hard earned money so be warned!!

Dirty digusting frauds just look at their history of fines and court cases. You should never trust these frauds. The rtp in games are a disgrace and you will only lose money with them. It was also proven a while back they where actually showing the wrong RTP files and not showing the real RTP which was actually lower than what was stated. One of my best casinos where I used to win a lot now is just ruined.
You literally loose everything whatever you deposit. The biggest win you can do(and its rarely) is hitting the jackpot which literally means to get your stakes back so you are on a 0.
That basically leaves you with the intention that you won something while you actually returned back your stakes on that broken casino.

I get bonuses but very very rarely they’re decent or in a more rare case, good. 10-20x your play bet 99% of the time isn’t good at all.

Have played Premium European Roulette for last month. I have no idea how they get away with it. Hundreds of losing spins on the trot all the time, as soon as you change your numbers , it comes in next spin, I am currently at 165 spins since last win and have deleted the app. Coral's Customer Service claim the game is 100% random, it is basically fraud.
