Flying 20 times a year, worst customer service ever. Please don't look at price only - corendon airlines changes thé departure location without (legally entitled) compensation or location transfer, and theit customer support is worthless.

I tried Lots of time my creditcard, this was not accepted, had to pay with IDeal which I actually did not want!
If you have the opportunity to pay with creditcard and that does not function it is realy annoying!

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am bringing this matter to the public as I have not received an adequate resolution regarding the cancellation of my flight despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly.
Planned flight:
May 6, 2026 – Cologne/Bonn (CGN) to Rhodes (RHO)
This flight was cancelled by Corendon Airlines. Since then, the handling of this case has been highly unsatisfactory:
- Initially, I received no response to my inquiries.
- Only after independently researching and contacting multiple email addresses, including senior management (e.g. CEO: Mr. Karaer and other responsible individuals), did I receive any reply at all.
- In that response, I was informed that rebooking onto an alternative flight – specifically a same-day option such as a Condor flight from Frankfurt to Rhodes – would not be possible.
- Instead of offering re-routing at the earliest opportunity, I was effectively redirected towards a refund, without clear timing or implementation.
The booking platform Trip.com was also unable or unwilling to provide any meaningful assistance in resolving this situation.
In my understanding, this handling constitutes a clear breach of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, particularly regarding the obligation to provide re-routing at the earliest possible opportunity.
An alternative flight on a later date does not meet this requirement.
I have therefore explicitly stated:
“For the avoidance of doubt, I accept this refund without prejudice to my right to claim reimbursement of additional costs, including alternative transport, under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004.”
To date:
- no adequate re-routing has been provided
- no timely refund has been processed
- no customer-oriented solution has been offered
Instead, the overall handling gives the impression that legitimate claims are being delayed or avoided.
I therefore publicly request that Corendon Airlines fulfill its obligations and either:
- provide suitable re-routing without further delay, or
- fully reimburse all additional costs incurred.

Extremely disappointing experience. My flight was cancelled due to “operational reasons,” with no clear explanation or real support provided. The notification came via email with a generic message and a link to “manage booking,” but there were no helpful alternatives, no proper rebooking assistance, and no compensation information.
This caused unnecessary stress and disrupted my travel plans significantly.
I understand that cancellations can happen, but the way this was handled shows a serious lack of care for passengers. I would not recommend this airline based on this experience.

Very disappointing experience. The airline requires online check-in to avoid an extra fee at the airport, but their system simply did not work for me. I tried multiple times to check in online, entering my details carefully, but it kept failing.
Because of this, I had no choice but to check in at the airport and pay the additional fee. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they refused and even asked me to provide a screenshot proving my attempts — which is unrealistic, as no one expects the system to fail and thinks to document it.
It’s unfair to charge customers for something that is clearly due to a technical issue on the airline’s side. Very frustrating experience and poor customer support. I would not recommend.
