Booking through the app does not work. I wanted to pay with Wero / iDeal, but the payment page at ideal said Something went wrong.
Worked from desktop but I couldn't use the same seat, was reserved.

When buying tickets for the family
When buying tickets for the family, your system does not allow to choose the packages individually like chosing a seat. You should seperate the family members to buy different packages. This time chosing a seat becomes a problem. Because while you are doing everything again for the other family member, this time you have the risk not to be able to buy the nearby seat. Moreover the refresh rate of your servers is so slow.

Please note that different ticket fares cannot be combined within the same booking. However, if the difference relates to optional services such as baggage, these can be added individually for each passenger, even when all passengers are booked under the same fare type. Misleading baggage policy – refused €148 refund (Case B2C-2026-35353)
Corendon’s website (baggage-allowance/baggage-seat-charges) states you can buy extra baggage online up to 5 hours before departure. It does not mention that completing online check-in blocks this option.
I checked in on 30 July and tried to buy 4 bags at the online rate (€63 each) both the evening before and at 07:00 on 31 July (more than 5 hours before the flight). The system showed error BKG_SFE_034 and refused the purchase. I paid the higher airport rate (€148 difference).
Corendon closed my case B2C-2026-35353 and refused a refund, claiming the restriction applies after check-in — a rule not stated on their website. I have reported this as misleading information to ACM ConsuWijzer.
Do not rely on their online baggage system after check-in or better, choose a competitor airline that won't mislead you.

Good day, during every online check-in process, pop-up messages are displayed informing passengers that: "Please note that once you have checked in, extra baggage allowance can no longer be added online. Service Experience
The website was user friendly, easy to navigate, and there was no pressure to buy anything I didn’t need. I like that the check-in process was available 72 hours before travel. The ticket price was also very good compared with other budget airlines, which often seem to try to charge an arm and a leg for the same journey. The staff at the airport were very friendly and helpful which met my expectations and contributed to a smooth and enjoyable experience flying with Corendon. I would be happy to recommend Corendon and would definitely fly with them again.

Very Disappointing Experience with Corendon Airlines – Would Not Recommend
Unfortunately, our experience with Corendon Airlines was extremely disappointing from start to finish, especially on our flights to and from the Canary Islands.
Our flight was around 5 hours long, yet there was no food or drinks included. We even had to pay for a simple cup of water. For a 5-hour flight, I find this unacceptable and very disappointing.
The worst part, however, was the very poor treatment by the staff at the Canary Islands airport. The employee we dealt with was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful.
According to our booking, we were allowed 150 kg of checked baggage in total. However, our actual total baggage weight was only 112 kg. The employee insisted that we were only allowed 100 kg and charged us €10 for every kilogram over 100 kg. As a result, we had to pay an additional €120, even though our total luggage weight was only 112 kg.
What made the situation even worse was the employee’s attitude. There was no attempt to explain the situation properly or deal with us in a professional and respectful manner.
We also experienced more than 40 minutes of delay on our flight to the Canary Islands and another 40+ minutes of delay on our return flight from the Canary Islands to Cologne.
Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing:
❌ No food or drinks included on a 5-hour flight
❌ Even water had to be paid for
❌ More than 40 minutes of delay on both flights
❌ Very poor and unfriendly customer service
❌ €120 charged for baggage despite our total weight being only 112 kg
❌ Unprofessional and disrespectful treatment at the airport
Unfortunately, we will not be flying with Corendon Airlines again. I strongly recommend that the airline improve its customer service, communication regarding baggage allowances, and the way its staff treat passengers.
