Nie wieder! Never again! Der schlechteste Service! Worst service.
Never replied to customer request form, neither calls. We wanted to add our 10 months old baby. No reply, 10 attempts. Customer service even stopped the call when I asked for help… At the airport no one feels responsible, they say booking is, booking says corendon, and now the airport… and the planes is leaving now without us. For >1.5h no one could help..! Apparently they cannot charge the 20€… ridiculous!!!

Very efficient service when I rang them to change a birth date which I'd entered wrongly when booking.

Payment in the app is not possible
When booking through the Corendon app it's not possible to pay. IDeal nor credit card works. I had to login on a laptop to be able to make the booking and complete payment.
