DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE

I clicked a link on Facebook for the site and ordered garden furniture. Money paid straight away.
Twice I contacted tgem about about delivery dates and was given 2 different dates. When delivery didn't happen again they offered me a 3rd date or full refund, I asked for a full refund and they confirmed this.
That was 19th April and no money has been refunded.
My emails are now bouncing back as undelivered.
I will be contacting my bank after the holiday to see about fraud protection.

WARNING

WARNING! Do not buy from this website, total scam! Full payment taken immediately no products received
When chased for update I was requested to send proof of delivery address I.e. driving licence. At this point realised I was dealing with a non legitimate supplier. My following emails had no reply, final email undelivered. I am now in the process of fraud recovery with my bank. Please, don’t fall into the same trap I did. STAY AWAY FROM
