Seaweed hand balm was so lovely and…
Seaweed hand balm was so lovely and really eased my eczema and dry hands within a few days of using it.
I have also purchased the shampoo as suffer from a dry scalp and whilst I’ve only been using this for a week think I can already feel the benefit.
Whilst not the cheapest of products, if they work then I’ll happily keep on using them.
Finally, lovely company with good customer service.

Lovely
Smells amazing like a spa. My hair has been falling out by the ton (14 months postpartum with twins) so I wanted to try something to new to help. I have only used this shampoo and conditioner twice, but my hair already looks thicker and healthier. Excited to see how it is in a few months.

Fabulous hair products
I recently placed an order for the hair products offer 3 for 2 as I’m having a lot of problems with my hair. I found the company so helpful with excellent offers and fantastic value for money. Conitioner Like Melted Playdough
The shampoo is very difficult to the lather, and it is impossible to get the conditioner out of either the pump or bottle - like slightly melted Playdough! Extremely expensive and overhyped.

Thank you for your feedback, Valerie 💚 We’re sorry to hear you found the products difficult to use. Our conditioner is intentionally rich and concentrated.
Our shampoo can sometimes lather less than shampoos that contain Sulphates, (harsh cleansers that can also be naturally derived) however, as the scalp function increases during this transition phase, the lathering may increase, although we recommend not getting too attached to the lathering and rather go by how your hair and scalp feel.
We generally recommend using approximately four pumps of the products, and you can add a little more water to your hair once you have begun to massage the shampoo in.
Lather is a result of excess surfactant (oils consume surfactants), this is why sulphate-based shampoos are generally too strong for the hair and scalp. Shampoo is a fine balance between cleansing while not damaging hair and scalp. This is why we use much gentler, scalp friendly, plant-based surfactants.
The lack of lather might also be because you are undergoing the detox phase. Our blog might explain a bit about this.

About the conditioner, I wonder if you have had a faulty pump. I would be happy to send you a new pump and another conditioner bottle so you can compare the consistency.

I have given this shampoo and conditioner a good try allowing many weeks for my hair to show improvement.
Sadly these products have not worked on my particular hair, although I am sure it works for many others.
As an expensive product I was very grateful to the company who gave me a refund without a request.

Like natural, clean products.
My daughter ordered for us both various products from hair to skin care.
I have fine curly hair and purchased shampoo,conditioner, nutrient hair oil, hair mousse.
My daughter the detox shampoo.
I also got the eye gel and renewal moisturiser.
Decided to give the products time to work.
And not just try for a short time and expect miracles.
Sorry I decided to do that.
My hair looks like straw. Skin dry.
Both of us disappointed.
Maybe these products work for normal to oily skin and hair.

Wonderful shampoo
Having suffered with fine hair all my life and now age onset thinning I had tried many different shampoos to no avail. I was cynical about the reviews for this product, but thought it was worth a try when it was on offer. Well, within a few weeks my hair has improved enormously!!! I now only need to wash it twice a week.. it has thickened up and feels squeaky clean. I just wish you did a firm hold mousse and hairspray!

Love these products
I love this product I’m 62 and have suffered with dry scalp off and on since I 48 due to illness and then menopause. Since using the Cornwall Seaweed Company products my scalp is amazingly and friends frequently comment on how shiny my natural grey hair looks.

Avoid!
Avoid!! The products are terrible! The shampoo and conditioner were bought for my mother as a gift and they have absolutely ruined her hair. It was so dry, limp and dull after only one wash!! She was advised to keep trying with the products due to detoxing from other brands. She is NOT detoxing from other brands or going through the detoxing process as she has only ever used only water or completely natural products before.
She continued to wash her hair as advised in the hope that there would be improvement but there has been none!! She has even now washed her hair with another brand and her hair has not returned to the healthy state it was in prior to trying the Cornish seaweed company. I would not recommend to anyone!

Our products can behave very differently from conventional formulas, but we completely appreciate they won’t suit everyone. It does sound like she might be undergoing the detox process. Although not everyone is affected by this stage, some of our customers do and it normally resolves on its own after a few washes. We did formulate our detox shampoo to help in this stage and if your mum would want to try again, I am happy to send one to you for free so she can try. However, I totally understand it is an uncomfortable experience and if you'd rather have a refund, we can do this under our 60-day refund policy.

Sand organic facial oil is wonderful.
It helps a great deal with my facial psoriasis,it soothes the irritation and calms the redness i do need to use more it than recommended amount but psoriasis skin is very dry indeed.
It doesn't leave any oil/greasy feeling as it's easily absorbed. I'm very happy with how my skin looks and feel. The oil also helps in the reduction of the fine lines around the nose and mouth area 😁 they do not disappear but that's as it should be just normal looking skin that is being properly looked after. Highly recommend.

My hair feels so different
Bought the shampoo and conditioner set cos my hair was thinning. Initially my hair was still becoming very greasy the day after washing (but this was fairly normal for me) so ended up getting the detox shampoo on offer. After around 2 weeks of starting the detox shampoo as well - wow, my hair feels so different after washing! So soft and weightless. I’m not sure if my thinning is improving yet and I’m still losing some hair when washing/brushing - but I do genuinely think it’s improved a little. My advice would be to give it some time to work cos you might not see results straight away. I’ve never felt such a change in my hair texture - ever - So I think it’s worth carrying on and seeing what happens from here!

I didn’t have pumps in my original order of shampoo and conditioner but the company quickly sent me some. Without the pumps the conditioner is particularly hard to get out of the bottle.
