The communication from Cornwall Couriers was always great, and they were willing to take extra steps to meet delivery windows. The pricing was better than we found anywhere else, and the service was great!

Fantastic company. Trustworthy, professional, courteous and friendly. I had a very very heavy dresser delivered by them which was extremely awkward to move. They did a great job moving it and getting it into my garage. It was a long journey for them but still service was faultless. Will definitely use again and the price was the best I received from about ten different companies. Top people. Top company. Big thank you to you all as well.

I found Cornwall Couriers through Google. The collection was arranged the same day, within an hour of placing the order, and the items were delivered four days later in the same condition they left me. Communication was excellent throughout, and the gentleman I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and prompt transport for their goods. Superb service. I payed for a pick up of an item I bought on eBay and drop off to my place and they done it all on the same day I chose to use them. I certainly didn't expect it to be that quick. The communication was brilliant and they have a tracker system so I could monitor where they are during the journey. They kept me updated throughout of estimated times and they were spot on. The drivers were really helpful too. Helping me manoeuvre the very heavy piece of gym equipment. Will definitely be using Cornwall Couriers from now on that's for sure!!

We were stuck with some urgent customs documents late Friday afternoon that had to get to Dover for Friday before midnight. I found Cornwall Couriers on Google and they were brilliant. They phoned when they collected the documents, provided updated ETA's along the route and called once the package was delivered. An excellent service on wet, miserable Friday night. Brilliant service. Excellent communication. Delivery at a time we requested and the delivery man helped us carry the trees up to our garden.

Cornwall Couriers were great throughout each step of the process, keeping me informed at every stage, and going to great lengths to help me transport the kiln I'd purchased and moving it into my workshop. The two delivery drivers were extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend.

The service was first class in all respects. I was kept informed about the delivery plan throughout. It was a challenging assignment as it involved moving a very large and unwieldy garden sculpture. It arrived safely and without any damage. The service was very professional, friendly, and timely. I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them. Cornwall Couriers are absolutely amazing. They offer incredible service from initial enquiry to post delivery. Communication is perfect - texts and emails keeping me up to date throughout delivery and collection including photos of the goods on collection and also delivery. Evri, DHL. DPD etc. - take a leaf out of Cornwall Couriers book and see how deliveries should be done! I only contacted them late this morning to ask if they could collect a Doll's House for me that I had bought at the recent Flambards Sales down in Helston Cornwall. By the 5.30 this afternoon my lovely Doll's House was with me all safe and sound having been transported with care and attention. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I can highly recommend them above any other delivery company I have used.

Wow! What an absolutely fantastic service. Had sourced some garden furniture from a retailer near Plymouth but they were unable to deliver to me in Gloucestershire. They recommended Cornwall Couriers. I sent a quote request on a Saturday afternoon and had a reply within 30 minutes. Booking through the website was straightforward. The consignment was collected first thing the next Monday and delivered the same evening.
Collection by CC is notified by email with photographs and location. The driver, Ivan, called to let me know ETA would be later that day and also when 30 minutes away. Offloaded and stored in the garage; consignment checked etc with all the help needed.
I really can't speak highly enough of the operational set up and the people involved. Great company, great systems and great work ethic!

Fantastic service! I had a large sea kayak to transport and Aivaras was extremely helpful and kept me informed and patiently answered all of my questions.
On the day of collection he went an extra mile to help when I was delayed, all that with a very relaxed, friendly approach.
My kayak was delivered super fast with excellent communication throughout.

I have used them a few times to transport e-bikes from Penzance. Very good, they take the bike unprotected and deliver it, without any problems
