Rosie of CCS has been enormously helpful over the last two days in resolving some VOA issues re CCS Agency appointment promptly whilst we were on their site.
She also clearly communicated the next steps/action to be taken on submitting the formal Challenge to our RV with the VOA which was very reassuring.
