I love the Cosi Home blankets
I love the Cosi Home blankets - they’re thick and warm. I recently had a problem with mine, where it was showing a flashing ‘P’ on the control. Hansen from the support team was fantastic in walking me through the steps to take to try and fix it myself. When that didn’t work, he was very quick to send me a new controller at no cost to myself. Sadly this didn’t resolve the issue, but Hansen was quick to ship a new blanket to me - it’s now on its way. Overall I’ve been very pleased with how Cosi Home have handled everything. Thank you Hansen!
My remote controller set on fire!
EDIT: I have been in contact with the team for almost 2 months, with a thread of 35 emails, a refund was offered over a month ago, AND I AM STILL WAITING after chasing this on multiple occasions. I will happily remove this review once I have received my refund. Deeply disappointed and very cold.
I purchased my heated throw in 2023, the remote stopped working almost immediately and I was sent a replacement. Fast forward to 2024 and the remote controller set on fire! I emailed the support team multiple times to seek a compatible replacement remote, they said it was out of stock, and when I emailed again this year, I only received an AI response which denied any evidence of my order. Disappointing product quality and customer service for an £89.99 throw. I would welcome a response from cosi home to resolve this issue.

3rd pillow from cosi home and I can honestly say it’s done my back the world of good and so comfy!
Love how you can make the pillow as thick or thin as you prefer.
One downside is the pattern, you can see it through the pillow cover so they do need pillow protectors, which is not a big deal.

I love most things from cozi home
I love most things from cozi home. But this four piece duvet set is beautiful. So soft so warm and luxurious. I got the ivory double and king-size for my daughter. So happy it's winter. So I can snuggle up in this fab duvet set. Thank s again . PAM XX
Efficient customer service
The controller for the heated throw stopped working after 7 months which I wasn't particularly happy with. However, I received very prompt and efficient service from the customer support team who despatched a replacement throw and controller very quickly. The whole process was very easy from start to finish and I was very impressed with the level of service provided

I see Cosi Home have replied to my earlier review, stating that they do cover postage for faulty products. THEY DO NOT. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for months now. The heated throw doesn’t work and I want a refund or return. I have MULTIPLE emails from them stating they don’t cover postage UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES- mostly just from AI. I am thoroughly sick of them. They are not telling the truth. Don’t buy from them. If they want to resolve this- a human should email me and say so. Instead it’s like talking to a brick wall.

Fault with the electric throw and resolved after highlighting that it was still under warranty and after a repalcememt controller did not resolve the issue.The company are sending me out a replacement throw which I'm really pleased about.

My controller stopped working. So I reached out to the customer service and Angelica replied super quickly and sent me a new controller, which I received two days later. I never expected this to be handled so easily, and I love that it’s a sustainable solution instead of having to buy a new blanket!

Absolutely fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company, and especially the customer service staff. A really helpful lady, called Juliet, gave me tremendous service. My throw stopped working, and the really rapid response from Cosi was amazing. They're now sending me out a new one.
Beyond excellence
I had a problem with a Cosi Home product and contacted the Support Team to report the fault. The Representative that contacted was extremely helpful and arranged a replacement part for me, which arrived within three days. The whole experience was totally stress free from my initially reporting the fault until solution of the fault. I believe that the Representative's name is Abi and I have to say that she behaved in a very professional, and friendly, manner and I feel she was a credit the the Company. Oh - of course I am more than pleased with the whole experience.

My electric blanket is two year old and the warrantee is out of date. When I contact Cosi Home for a spare part, they send me one for free. Excelllent customer service. Highly appareciated!

So the blanket is amazing 10/10, delivery was very fast and good 10/10. But as soon as I placed this order I instantly received text message spam from some e-commerce site “MrsECom” which had nothing to do with me and seemed more suited to someone running a business. I found this annoying and blocked it. This was the only order I made online where it demanded my phone number and the spam began as soon as I did this order so can only assume it’s something to do with it. However the product and delivery were excellent. I really like my blanket

My heated blanket developed an issue, but I was too busy to try and sort it, Quite some time passed and I decided to contact them. Their response, was swift, thorough, fair and helpful. There is a new item on its way to me to replace the previous one. Excellent service.
