I had a problem with a product, but it was resolved promptly with its replacement

Luxury memory foam pillow.

The short story: sterling quality, extremely comfortable, easy to adjust (the height as shipped is such that I can't imagine anyone needing a second pillow) and money well spent (plus it includes a quality pillow case).

The longer version: when it arrived and was unpacked, I did notice a slight odour. The instructions do mention this and suggest airing it for at least 24 hours. I put it aside, but a week later the situation hadn't improved so I found the Cosi Home website, clicked on Contact Us, and filled in the form (this was a Monday night). On Wednesday morning (before 08:30 - Angelica assured me, subsequently, that she didn't sleep in the office) they sent me an email apologising, suggested a list of different, more pro-active, steps I could take to alleviate the problem and asking me for my Amazon order number and address in the event that they needed to send a replacement. As it happened, during the short time I waited for this response, the smell had dropped significantly so I decided to give it another couple of days just airing it. This seemed to do the trick and the odour dissipated completely. I have since adjusted the height (the zip-top plastic tube that the pillow comes in serves nicely for storing the foam pieces) and slept like a log since. Cosi Home is a model for other companies to follow, both in terms of product, and product support which is why I am not going to deduct any stars from my assessment.

To summarise: I love my pillow, it was worth the wait.

Had a problem with my heated blanket not switching on all of a sudden. Got in touch with Cosi Home & issue was resolved very quickly, replacement lead sent FOC & issue now resolved.

Great that they do spare parts and you don't have to buy a whole new blanket!

I bought the memory foam pillows, unfortunately after trying them for a week they weren’t for me, I woke up with repeated neck pain.
Customer Service were amazing, fast to respond and offered me a full refund.
Even though the pillows weren’t for me, I would recommend trying them.

Quite a nice blanket, obviously the cooling side is not fridge cool by any means but its cooling enough that is comforting during the night and feels nice delicate on the skin. Definitely nicer feel on the body than any blanket or duvet in the UK heatwave. My dog approves too, he comfortably went to sleep under it even when weather was very warm.

Problem with heated throw controller not turning on. Quickly resolved and a new controller supplied.

Prompt reply. Sorted problem. Within warranty period, so no charge. Can't ask for more.

Wonderful buy ,saves on heating ,keeps you lovely warm .

I was sceptical how it could work but it genuinely feels cooler on one side. We have slept under it and it felt very different from a very think duvet.

I’ve bought 3 of these for my elderly father and they are great when they work but each one has no power after a while with the latest one lasting a week.

We have bought 2 electric blankets from Cosihome, one for us and 1 for family members. after a local power surge knocked out one of the controllers I enquired if I could purchase one as the blanket was 3 years old. The customer support agent Grace was able tou source a replacment as it was an older model and get it up and running with no cost. Very happy with the support and the blanket is used most of the year

Product I bought was exactly what I needed, It was also as described, sometimes you buy a product with great expectations from the description only to find it's not nearly as they said. But this is absolutely perfect, great price for the quality and fast delivery. Nice and easy transaction with great communication about delivery 😊👍🏻

Excellent product. Has replaced our old one and is incredibly efficient, the bathroom is back to normal humidity about 20 mins after using the shower.

Your product is of lower quality compared to the Dreamland brand.
Issues I’ve noticed with your product:
It doesn’t heat up well.
The blanket is thinner compared to similar brands.
The only advantage of your product is its larger size. If Dreamland had offered a larger size, I would have definitely chosen theirs instead.

My experience with Cosi home was fantastic, I bought an electric blanket two months ago and it stopped working. I messaged them and it was replaced immediately. Customer service experience was awesome. Will recommend this brand any time.
