Excellent customer care team.
I couldn’t have survived the cold winter without my lovely heated throw!
I did experience an issue with a faulty controller, but once I explained the problem, the Cosi customer service team was excellent. They responded quickly and resolved the issue by providing a replacement throw. Having the two-year warranty was a great reassurance.
With electrical devices, things can occasionally go wrong, but knowing the Cosi team was there to help and support me made all the difference. I highly recommend their products and customer service!

Awful customer service on warranty
I bought an expensive 'deluxe' twin control electric blanket from Cosihome after reading a Sunday paper review that rated it first out of ten products. After only around 18 months the digital controller for one side of the blanket stopped working - just died! Shortly after this the other one did the same. I did all of the usual stuff - checked fuses, plugs etc. but nothing helped. Cosihome refused to help in anyway at all and just said it was over 12 months old and therefore out of warranty. The service was polite but dismissive. After much emailing about poor customer service further up the 'chain' I finally found someone who had the authority to give a 'very special' 'once off' replacement by sending us the cheapest blanket in their range - about 25% of the cost of the once that stopped working. For a British company Cosihome should be ashamed. They could not repair the unit, offered no spare parts and really didn't care about their reputation. I had to fight like crazy to finally get some help. Now we have a replacement - although much less 'deluxe' and must throw the almost new one that stopped working into the garbage. Oh how I long for the old days where people had pride in their products.

Outstanding customer service
I love my heated throws but have had faulty controllers on 2 of them. On both occasions though the customer service response has been outstanding & definitely worth 5 stars. Quick, responsive and issue resolved same day. I received replacement controllers even though one was a month out of guarantee.

Best customer service ever!
18 months after I bought an electric blanket from amazon the plug/controller stopped working. I went via cosi home website customer service to report the problem along with my amazon order number.
I had an email response from a lovely human names Grace within 30 mins, on a SUNDAY! Although my 12 month warranty had expired, she sent me a new controller, free of charge as a good will gesture which arrived within a couple of days. Amazing customer service, highly recommended. And the blanket is great too!

Heated throw blanket worked well…until…
Heated throw blanket worked well…until it stopped working. Quick response to support request via email (couldn’t find a telephone number easily) but as the blanket was bought more than 12 months ago I’m not eligible for a replacement. When I asked in a follow up email whether a (paid for) replacement control was compatible things went silent. ‘I understand how frustrating this situation can be and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused’ is not helpful. Will buy a new blanket elsewhere which will hopefully last longer: it’s shocking how many products break within a couple of years these days and consumers are just supposed to swallow it and buy a new one… Update: have now had a response re buying a new controller, but the facts remain the same: this heated blanket broke too soon.

Excellent customer Service
Reported the issue with my heated blanket on Sunday afternoon. It was resolved by 8am on Monday. Hannah was excellent. My guarantee adjust expired, however my blanket was replaced. Faulty wire, looks like a common issue.

Wiring above cable unit burnt through
Wiring above cable unit burnt through. Item was purchased for me a year ago. I contacted Cosihome to enquire whether I could purchase a new control unit and lead. They said how sorry they were couldn’t help me without an order number. I am concerned that a cable burnt through and caused sparks which could have caused a fire. Another item in landfill !

Don"t buy the HT- 04 Heated throw you are unable to purchase a replacement controller from the manufacturer of any other supplier making it unusable.
