They responded to my complaint about not being able to order a replacement controller and cable by supplying a new blanket and cable unit the same day. This was excellent customer service.

The first parcel was notified as lost…

The first parcel was notified as lost in transit at Hull. I contacted the company and they confirmed this and replaced my purchased item in time for the birthday it was bought for. Good customer service thank you,

Great support

The dehumidifier has great value for the price. Sadly, it started malfunctioning (radiator is icing) after about a year. The support was fast and to the point. After a few mails, they decide to do a full refund because they didn't had the unit anymore to replace it.

Great brand

Contacted them after having a breakdown with my throw heated blanket and swiftly they responded and with consideration offered a replacement of the product.
A brand that considers their reputation.

Good & quick customer service

I've had my Cosi heated blanket for a few years now and it is amazing in the winter.
My controller has given up the ghost a few times and so I keep ordering new ones. The most recent one upon delivery worked once and then never again. After about a week of trying every plug socket in the house, I emailed Cosi and asked for a replacement. I had abit of a faff providing a video of the not working controller (the video was too big to send and so I had to create a we-transfer account) which is fine- they of course need proof of the fact the controller wasn't working.

After a day or 2 of emailing, I received an email saying the controller was out of stock and so a replacement couldn't be sent but Cosi had issued a refund.

Pretty simple process, Grace in customer service was responsive and helpful. I'll be ordering a new controller when they're back in stock!

This must be the most helpful company I…

This must be the most helpful company I have ever dealt with. I received one of their throws as a gift and when it stopped working I contacted them and a replacement was supplied. After some considerable time the controller failed and once again the service I received was exceptional. They really do care about their customers.

Great customer service

After unfortunately damaging my control for my heated throw under recliner chair, I contacted Cosi home and quickly received reply. After supplying them with pictures of the damaged control, I was informed they were sending replacement free of charge. Thank you Hanna for great customer service.

I bought an electric blanket from this company which unfortunately stopped working after a few weeks. Not a problem. The company responded immediately to rectifying the situation by sending me a new item. That was the proper and fair thing to do.
