I ordered an item which was due to be…

I ordered an item which was due to be delivered by royal mail but has been delivered to another property at a completely different address. I have been emailing Edie and she has been so helpful. I cannot fault this company's customer service - will be using them again for sure. Highly recommend!!

I can honestly say that the service…

I can honestly say that the service provided by Edie was the most superb I have ever experienced. I couldn’t believe the speed of the response and the resolution provided by Edie. Edie was so professional and polite. All customer service agents should be like this - excellent

I’ve been using this brand for few…

I’ve been using this brand for few years now, and seeing it grow to this level of success is amazing. Their costumer service is still as reliable and fantastic as it was few years ago. Amazing range of brands, their own products are great and their support as a supplier also helps small businesses like myself.
