I brought the brow daddy damaged product

I brought the brow daddy, Spmu range quick order quick delivery, but unfortunately when the package arrived, the inks have exploded inside, damaging the box and one of the inks. I emailed the company sent photos and explain this. I had no response. I asked if it’s possible I could be sent a new products I was sent just a new bottle of ink which I was left with the box, all damaged I emailed and no response I emailed again and no response so I’ve been left with a damaged product that I can no longer display in the salon and I’ve still not had a response , the customer service with this company is very poor and I probably wouldn’t purchase anything from this company again Due to the poor customer service.
