Unprofessional, Poor Results, and Zero Accountability

I used to come here regularly and even recommended this place to friends — but after this experience, they’ll never see me again, and neither will the people I referred.

I had nose filler done and it looked wrong straight away — not due to swelling or settling, but because of how it was injected. I raised my concerns and two weeks later got a call, but instead of listening, the person just talked over me and insisted I’d need to pay £150 to have it dissolved. I barely got a word in, so I followed up and explained again: the filler wasn’t “different over time” — it looked off from the start.

The most frustrating part is that the practitioner took absolutely no responsibility for the outcome. I was told someone would call me back to discuss things properly. It’s now been over three weeks and I’ve heard nothing. No follow-up, no concern — just silence.

I’ve since had a second opinion and was told the filler was very poorly done. This place clearly cares more about taking your money and rushing through appointments than about doing good work or treating clients with respect.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that values quality and accountability.

I have had a weekend training for lots of my courses at cosmetic couture on 20th April to 21st April 2025.. I would like to say both Jane and Heather have been absolutely fantastic greatest teachers they have taught me so thoroughly I really appreciate it! Am so greatful thankyou so much again for the kindness and everything taught by the two 🙏I feel ready to start my own treatments after training from these two individuals. I was given enough models to practice on . I was provided a accomandation as the day was rescheduled but they trained on Easter Sunday and Monday!! Which am really greatful for! I have no negative feedback atall. I was given best training! Was treated very well from start to end . I will be coming back for my level 7 soon . Thankyou again for the fantastic training .

Have been to cosmetic couture previously over the years, but most recently twice in the last few weeks, Heather, Jane and Michelle are all great, very experienced Practitioners, make you feel welcome and give you realistic expectations. Would definitely recommend using these ladies

I had treatments here as a model which was overseen by a tutor very nice and professional I felt so comfortable and happy with my results love it will go back again

I first trained with cosmetic couture when I started my journey into aesthetics.
They was fantastic then and the aftercare I have experienced from student support is second to none.
I have just very recently completed a one to one session with Jenny WOW she was incredible! From start to finish her knowledge her passion, her kindness in teaching was just brilliant I took so very much from the session.
We was back to back with models I had six faces to work on and fore filled my criteria and more.
I would also like to highlight how wonderful Cathy has been to me too.
Knowledgeable incredibly helpful gone above and beyond for me.
Tutors and student support are fabulous.
Feel very lucky this is my training academy.
CC provides a safe space and work hub for like minded aesthetic practitioners.

went and got lip injections for the first time by heather who was absolutely lovely. I was slightly nervous as it was my first time, and asked for a natural look and she didn’t pressure me into getting any more than I wanted. would absolutely go back again :)

I booked the courses on May 4th, 5th, and 7th and completed the online course in January. Subsequently, I visited your clinic and training facilities in Manchester. My expectations were exceeded.

Michele, the tutor at Cosmetic Couture, taught me so much – both theoretically and practically. Gaining self-confidence and being able to implement it in practice were particularly valuable for me. I cannot thank you enough for that. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Michele, and the entire Cosmetic Couture Team.

I visited cosmetic couture on Friday as a model For a training course in which the educator Michelle was teaching two trainees in skin peel and dermal roller

As a fully qualified educator of 20 years myself, I have to say I was hugely impressed

not only was I taken care of as a client and Model , the treatments were absolutely amazing but also the education that was delivered was done so in the most professional way throughout
Michelle was incredibly patient but also had an understanding of timing
She Explained everything In Great detail to the trainees, answered all questions and offered her extensive knowledge in the correct manner I felt that she went above and beyond in her training techniques and explanations to ensure that her students would deliver these procedures perfectly
I felt safe knowing I was being looked after by a trained and experienced teacher whilst also receiving treatment from a student who was learning
Well done michelle
cosmetic couture should be proud as the service you provided all round was exceptional
And my face and skin feels amazing today

Booked a training course which got canceled then traveled from far away to eventually attend after months of rearranging. To be left waiting for hours and sent home after the product wasn't there after confirming with them that the course was going ahead before traveling. Paid for accommodation twice refused refund and no apology for the inconvenience of traveling and money lost, this is their responsibility to make sure the product is in stock complete lack of communication and clearly don't care about their students.

Booked a course in October cost £998 the course got cancelled 2 weeks later, I have called several times and still havn’t managed to receive my refund!! Now I’ve been told to call back in the new year as the management office is closed!! Disgraceful customer service!!

I have been going to cosmetic couture for a good few years now for different treatments. I have some acne scaring on my face, both practitioner's
( Jane & heather) was very honest with what results I would get from the treatment I am now receiving, which was the scaring would never fully go however could be softened. I would like to say a big thank you to both Jane & Heather for the great results so far ! I also like to say a huge thank you to the best receptionist in Manchester Katie!

Always feel welcome when I come here and all staff are amazing and lovely to chat to. The treatments I have received have all been amazing - I will continue to go to cosmetic couture.

I came here for lips and Botox. The care I got from when I walked in was fab !
All the girls was really nice and Reagan dealt with everything for me.
