This company is the worst. Customer service is non existant. I send messages and emails and get no reply or if I do get a reply they dont bother answering my direct question. Monthly prescription is always sent late so I cant stay on a constant schedule. Absolutely the most unprofessional and frustrating business to deal with. Any good review was probably solisited by the company. I know for a fact they do this. After my initial purchase from a Groupon, I immediately had poor customer service (sent me meds with no information or instructions and would not respond to my email or DMs) so I left a bad review on Groupon. Someone called me within hours! Spent all this time going over information with me, making sure I was happy. Then said if I'd be willing to go on Groupon and leave a 5 star review they would make my first month free. He waited on the phone while I left the review, confirming it went through, then refunded my first month's payment. So I'm sorry, Im part of the problem. But Im here to warn you now. The stress and frustration they put you through is not worth whatever money you might save.
Buying 4 weeks of 83 Units - Receiving 3 weeks of 83 units, 4th week units vary between 70-75 units
For the most part, CosmeticRX has been wonderful. However the last 3 months, I've noticed that the bottle on my Trizepatide is 4 weeks at 83 units. The last 3 months, it has been 3 weeks at 83 units and the 4th week varies from 70 units to 75 units. Customer service has said "The number of units may appear lower, but that’s because the concentration of the product has been increased. This means that even though the unit count is smaller, the total amount in milligrams (mg) is actually higher."
Makes absolutely zero sense to me. I am requesting, to receive 4 weeks of 83 units, as that is what I am paying for.
I really like working with CosmeticRX and don't want to have to change and go to another company. I wish they would honor what I am purchasing.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware! This company scammed me out of several hundred dollars! They kept charging my credit card $135 every month for several months with no product. I contacted them by phone, email and website chat and told them to stop any subscription (which is what they said it was for access to support if I needed it). I disputed with my CC co. They stopped for a few months then started taking money again. Each time they use a different name so the charges will go through because the credit card co keeps blocking the names. Charges were at first reversed but now they are saying I signed up for the support so the charges were put back on my CC acct. in reality, I only ordered a medication (Tirzepitide) I was never aware of a subscription. I’ve been fighting this for months.
Inconsistent shipping causing missed shots!
I’ve been using them for a few months but this month my prescription hasn’t shown up this week after I paid for it 3/29 and was already supposed to take it.

5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Melissa was ahmazing. I have been emailing back and forth and she made an executive decision to pick up the phone and just call. In my emails I was getting so frustrated and it seemed no one was understanding what I needed. We got everything resolved in a matter of minutes. Sometimes all it takes is a simple phone call of minutes versus days and weeks of emails. Thanks Melissa 🙏🏽 😊.

8+ Day Refill Delay Left Me Without Medication
I enrolled in this company’s weight-loss medication program through Groupon and my first month went smoothly. However, during my second month there have been nothing but significant delays that have interrupted my treatment.
My refill was supposed to ship on March 5. I was not billed until March 6, and days later (as of 03/13) I was still being told the order would “ship soon.” My last injection was February 26, and I have now gone over two weeks without receiving my medication or having any available to take.
After I initially posted a review about the issue on Groupon, someone from the company contacted me and offered a partial refund and a discount for next month’s service if I went back and posted a positive review about the product itself, promising that the semaglutide that I’d been anxiously awaiting would arrive 03/12. However, despite that call, I still have not received my medication or been given a clear shipping timeline or a tracking number.
Because this service involves prescription medication that requires consistent dosing, delays like this are absolutely concerning.
Zero concern
I had been having some issues with cosmeticrx and had reached out to my “team” and was getting nowhere. I finally sent an email out to customer service and received an immediate response from Melissa who took the time to understand my concerns and without hesitation handled and solved my problem within 24 hours. She is the only reason why I didn’t take my business elsewhere. She was kind and took care of everything fast and went above and beyond. Thanks Melissa!!!
